Remind me the last time a black doctor was pulled over for an ordinary traffic stop and was just shot to death for calmly handing over license and registration, accepting the ticket and going on his way? If he disagreed, fight it in court like millions do all the time. What could possibly be different about every situation where someone running gets shot

No way to justify what happened there. It is outrageous. 60 bullets? The kid must have been pulverized. And the last time I checked, someone fleeing without a weapon isn't an imminent threat to life.

You'd think they must have been shooting his bouncing corpse on the ground to get 60 shots into him.

 

They did NOT shoot him "in the back" 60 times.

Furthermore, I suspect we'll find out that they didn't even shoot him 60 times but that 60 is the total number of entry & exit wounds.

 

LOL! How do you manage that? If you have an entry and exit wound it was made by a bullet.

His reasoning is terrible. According to him, there are "60 total holes", meaning that he was "only" shot 30 times. Of course, he pulled that out of his butt, but even 30 bullets is a gross overreaction.

 

Try reading what happened before posting questions which are answered in it.

 

The reporting I've heard says he was shot 60 times.

 

The gun was in the car. He wasn't running and shooting.

 

Not for for a fleeing felon who has fired a weapon at the police and is being pursued by multiple officers and non-lethal force has already failed.

Comply with the lawful orders of the police and you will have no problems. Flee and fire a weapon at them and you are likely to end up as this guy.

He had fired a weapon at the police and presumed to still be armed. Had they searched him? Had they searched the car?

 

I'd say that was exactly the right amount of bullets.

 

He was not unarmed if he fired at police, he placed himself in a bad place, sorry but I am sure his mom will get paid off.

that said, the cops put the public in danger if they excessively fired at the man
