The votes weren't "coming in" then. The votes had already come in. They were being counted. And that's what made him made. Votes being counted. Yeah but they do not need to be surveying students. The teachers are state employees so that is fine.

 

The State Legislature is free to poll students. The schools the State Legislature fund, asks students questions and the students answer as a basic activity of the educational experience.
