We never see anyone walk into a police station or gun range and start shooting. I wonder why? Is it because the intended victims can shoot back?

edit: yes, there was a shooting. The shooter went to the place as it was closing, shot the owners and robbed forty guns. It wasn’t the kind of mass shooting we are discussing here where the shooter just wants a high body count.

I don't understand everyone's fascination with the killer's political identity. I'm not aware of us knowing his motive. It could just be a mentally ill individual who did something horrific. Ironically, nobody sits back and tries to figure out the political affiliation of the gang members who most of the mass shootings. We only seem to do this exercise if a white person is the shooter. It also only seems to linger in the news if that is the case as well.

 

So, what could possibly go wrong in the crossfire?

 

This is America, Damn It! The political motivation of anyone that does anything is the most important consideration we need to have if we're ever going to be a free nation. For example, if that gay hating, religious baker is making angel cookies then that proves he's a right wing nut and his business MUST be destroyed lest his ideology get out into the public sphere. We can't have freedom in this country if people keep thinking wrong!!
