What is throwing you off? That CNN is not telling you what to think? Actual documents instead of the MSDNC madeup people familiar with the issue and anonymous sources, unidentified people familiar with the people involved, and a U.S. official familiar with the matter.....coming from a fake news source (maybe CNN, maybe not) with extremely well-placed unnamed sources...

At this point, in 2022, this is just sad. The OP is clinging to a failed conspiracy theory because if he let's it go, than it's a realization that he has been fundamentally wrong about something he's dedicated his online life to for a period of several years. That's why he is starting a thread on the exact same issue that he's started threads on dozens, maybe hundreds of times, over the last 5 years.

Had Mueller found evidence of crimes it was his duty to report those to the Attorney General who would then refer that to the Speaker of the House for impeachment and removal so he could be prosecuted. Just as happened with President Clinton. He was impeached but was not removed. Those referrals were held until he was leaving office and he was informed he would indicted but would be allowed to plea bargain since he had already been fined $90,000 in the civil contempt guilty verdict and had settled with Jones to the tune of $900,000. As a result of the plea bargain to those felonies he lost his license to practice law for 5 years.

Mueller made no such referral, there were no awaiting indictments for Trump when he left office. Why, because the entire Russia narrative was a hoax.

And BTW if it was some crime or collusion for Don Jr. to accept a meeting with a private citizen from Russia claiming to have some derogatory information about Clinton why wasn't it for Hillary alleging to have been seeking the same, even though we now know they were making it all up. If the Russia thing is true and the dossier was true and Clinton paid to get the dirt from Russia should Durham charge her with a crime?

Wasn't immunity it was a plea bargain. Judge Wright had already found him guilty of the perjury and obstruction and witness tampering in her civil finding and $90K. And he lost his case with Jones having to pay her $900,000. IC Ray wanted it on record and got it on record with the plea bargain. Clinton had no defense he had no choice but to accept the deal.
