They have been caught altering the text...They were caught... Cheney left out the "peacefully and patriotically part of Trump's speech out.. They were caught ...I'm sure their apology was good enough for you... how many more apologies do they owe the public that we don't know about that they were not caught at?....Who is going to investigate the committee for altering and tampering with evidence? This committee is tainted and any and all testimonies should not be used.... they are not to be trusted. Out of a thousand'ish (that's 1000 for liberals) interviews and testimonies they only parade the most sellable and hide the rest of the testimonies never to be seen again.

I have a question I would like answered from an expert..
As this committee and Pelosi just make up their own rules....
is ALL the testimonies, interviews, documents available for discovery by the Trump team IF it goes to court?
They questioned more than 1000 people... are you saying we have seen testimony of 1000 people ? Or are they going to hide the exculpatory stuff from the publics eyes?
They have 140,000 documents... have we seen them ALL...
The real question is will we EVER see ALL those testimonies or ALL those document... or do they disappear forever?
I am real curious if ALL documentation and 1000 testimonies will ever be released or will they be hidden forever? I am sure after 1000 interviews there is going to be some exculpatory evidence that will never see the light of day.
All the testimony, evidence, and documentation are in possession of the legislative branch…. There is only a report and referrals handed over to the executive branch ( which this was the executive job in the first place)… if someone like Hutchinson goes to court ( which I am doubting) does ALL those testimony, evidence, and documents become available to Trump’s team for discovery? Will exculpatory evidence be hidden and not disclosed… the committee has been caught altering evidence… what more dirty tricks are they capable of.

There is no legislative purpose and no judicial purpose. There is only a political purpose aimed at keeping Trump out of the 2024 race. Strangely they should want Trump on the ballot. He is the only candidate they would have the slightest chance of beating.

 

If Desantis runs, the Leftist attack machine will eat him alive. Same goes for any other Republican candidate.

 

The New Yorker recently reported he is getting weekly briefings on the DoJ's progress with their investigation.

 

They kinda addressed your first point by forming a House committee to investigate why the Jan 6 hearings TV audience was so bad.

If there are actual charges filed (not yet a trial but more than just a referral) then the defendant has a right to all evidence, through discovery if need be. I don't know if that includes evidence the House has but did not send to DoJ to support any referral. Short of that Trump will never see one word or even a hint of any evidence or testimony the House has if they don't want him to see it.

It is unlikely I know, but is it possible you do not fully comprehend how purges operate?
