You said you don't "remember"? Read the OP. Watch the hearings!!!! How could you "remember" something that you haven't taken time to inform yourself about?

Yes! He sent his mob to kill Pence. He KNEW they had weapons. He was TOLD that there was a noose with Pence's name on it. He was ALERTED that they were chanting "Hang Mike Pence!" Not only did he do nothing. When he was told, his response was "Pence deserves it" and he pushed his mob further.

 

I wonder why Pence himself doesn't seem to think so, only the rabid TDS lefties?

 

Pence never said that. It was even reported by his staff that he is furious over the danger Trump put his life in that day. It was reported within the past 1-2 days that Secret Service officers were calling their loved one's to say "good bye" because they thought they were going to die that day.

He turned down an invitation to a PAC meeting and publicly stated that he and Trump will never agree on what happened January 6, 2021. He's campaigning as a movement toward attracting Rs that aren't crazy for childish psychotic Trump.

There is no such thing as TDS. You all just say that because insults and hate are the only tools in your war chest.

And, defended the mob's reactions in interviews after the fact. As recently as last month he repeated the lie about Pence's authority to overturn the election and he still knows there are Orange Stain <whatever the hell you want to call them> stalking and harassing election workers and volunteers.

If he wasn't keen on the idea of Pence (or anybody else) being hurt, he would be man enough to say he lost because he's an idiot that can't lead our country so we fired him. He's not a man so he whines and soils his diapers in public every few days.

It would be hilarious if he wasn't able to get people to commit crimes for him.

 

Ummmmmmmmmm, everyone inside the Capitol was worried about their lives, including Pence. That doesn't mean the nonsense that Trump sent rioters to hang Pence. Once again, you guys connect dots the way you want to connect them.

 

Actually, I watch surprisingly little of Fox, so I couldn't tell you. I prefer Newsmax. But as far as the 'Jan6' melodrama -- which doesn't even allow CROSS-EXAMINATION of 'witnesses', well, does anyone with a triple-digit IQ actually watch pre-digested crap like that...? Me? I'd rather watch re-runs of "My Favorite Martian"... (the ultimate punishment of the 1960's).

I realize all the sworn, corroborative testimonies of Republican officeholders and Trump regime insiders is very upsetting for some, bit I don't know why anyone would confuse the January 6 committee hearings with a trial where cross examinations are an option, but since Trump and his lickspittles refuse to testify under oath, they must recognize that they can't refute anything without incurring charges of perjury.

 

It's Pence making a political calculation. It doesn't reflect facts. His security detail felt that they might be killed, since they called loved ones to say good bye.

And many of them realize that the optics of pleading the 5th Amendment isn't so good. So, people with "nothing to hide" are hiding something.

The Trump preferred venue is the grievance jamboree for losers or on propaganda media where he can blow gas with no danger of perjury charges, of course.

C'mon, Natty, you're smart enough to recognize a 'kangaroo court' when you see one. This whole 'Jan6' committee hearing extravaganza is the biggest bunch of politically-contrived, uncontested bunch of unproven allegations imaginable -- even though Trump was surely a blithering idiot for ever having created the groundwork for the whole out-of-control idiocy in the first place!

As yourself this -- if YOU were the one being investigated by CONGRESS in this way, would you feel that YOU are being treated fairly, or not?

 

A lot of the sworn testimony is coming from Trump appointees who were with him since early in the campaign trail. That testimony is extremely compelling.

 

Pay attention? To your opinions? Why isn't the House investigating anyone for attempted murder?

I am satisfied that the Committee is admirably fulfilling its mission, thanks to many courageous Republican officeholders and Trump regime insiders, of exposing the Loser's Big Lie and his schemes to trash democracy.

The Wall Street Journal and other conservative media outlets now condemning the Loser are among the indicators of its recognized legitimacy.

It is Trump's maintaining his Big Lie that that makes it imperative that it not be swept under the rug in accordance with Speaker McCarthy's vow.

 

His security detail was terrified because rioters were attacking the Capitol. But, don't you think Pence has a right to think for himself that Trump did not send rioters to the Capitol to hang Pence? Why is it you feel you need to convince him of this?

 

He sure does, but he's lying. He made a political calculation that he'd better not directly criticize the Orange Stain.

 

The Orange Stain has a decades long list of vindictive behavior. I don't know why so many people want to rationalize his deplorable behavior.

 

If there were opportunities provided for any kinds of rebuttals or redress, I, too, could find merit in the investigation. But, there is not... it's just a contrived witchhunt, reminiscent of the "Russia, Russia, Russia" fraud that Democrats pushed and leveraged for YEARS.

 

since people died, including accomplice babbitt or whoever all convicted in the conspiracy are guilty of felony murder. what is to investigate?

 

As we both know, absence of charges does NOT mean a person is not guilty of a crime.
