Despite the rumors and Lombardo campaign ads without evidence that Gaetz was the "informant" who ultimately gave the FBI evidence to execute a search warrant Aug. 8 at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, he still won. Very impressive. I guess the voters aren't buying the crap being said about Trump or his allies.

So, what say you? Convinced yet that Trump is a formative force going toward 2024? Almost everyone he endorses wins. Gaetz like Trump, has also fended off what appears to be baseless accusations, and continues to rally on without being charged for one single thing.

    I'm glad.

I didn't want Gaetz to leave us.

He is an important cog in the wheel to show that the GOP has become a madhouse.

Oh, I don't and that's why I asked you to answer the above two questions. So, do you have dual citizenship? If not, and if you'd like, you may now go back and answer my two other questions. Take your time... I'll wait. :)

If you read the O/P about Gaetz, how could did you come to this conclusion? The state is pretty favorable to Republicans, especially in his very conservative district. Gaetz currently is favored to win his 4th term in November.

The Republican Party sure abandoned their moral high ground in the blink of an eye. 10 years ago, no way Republicans would
have voted this guy into office - now, they have fully embraced the poster boys of the Seven Deadly Sins.

Oh my god, a zinger. How will I ever recover?

Bro, I’m not a lib whose feelings are fragile to the point of rioting if they get hurt. Take your crap elsewhere and use it on the people who will riot when their feelings are hurt. The problem is they’re all libs.

Do you think you’re looking at fragile feelings in that picture? I don’t. Have you ever heard about people getting ever so slightly upset over pronouns and locked bathrooms? In fact, most of what gets under the left’s skin is all about feelings. Misgender someone and you could be in big trouble with lefties.

People have to abandon the notion that being a sexual predator is somehow a major disadvantage in the current GOP. It has become a selling point. As a wealthy, extremist, sexual predator Matt Gaetz IS the current Republican Party.

That’s exactly why I hope that the democrats win the midterms. Because the best chance they have of keeping the White House in 2024 is for the republicans to win the midterms so the Dems can blame them for everything.

If the Dems win the midterms or at least don’t lose too much they’ll lose the 2024 election by a landslide.

Yep, that's what the recent primaries have shown us. Extremists and crazies win GOP primaries, as long as they are Trump bootlickers (Gaetz, Boebert...). In contrast, the Dems move to the center, see Carlie Crist (a former Republican), and the AOC-endorsed candidate losing in NY State. Thanks you, Fox News. I don't think this will be lost on regular Americans who do not have Fox News/Newsmax run 24/7 in the background.

Are you from Florida? If so, are you from Gaetz's district?

I read earlier that 98.4% of Trumps endorsed candidates have won. You know that makes Dems fume.

How does it make Republicans feel to be voting for pedophiles, sex traffickers, and extremists willing to keep repeating the Big Lie and ignore the Constitution when the vote doesn’t come out the way they like it ?

(Probably makes them feel proud to be criminals. )

They have won against other Republicans. Why would the democrats care?

If anything they should be happy. Trump candidates are much easier to beat in general elections than sane Republicans.

This obviously references to the allegations against him, I'm neither here nor there for that. But when it comes to our political representatives, a lot of THEM are too old, on both sides of the aisle. I'll raise you a Mitch McConnell from Kentucky, to counter one Chuck Schumer from NY. And you can name any Republican counterpart to the Madam Speaker.

It's my political ambition that they're all too old and should retire, and I don't apologize for speaking on their retirement.
#time for modern reps to represent us, all of us.

When an administration is incompetent, the voters replace it.

That's what happened to Trump and the GOP in 2020.
