The Bible is Gods word to mankind and it doesn’t matter who He inspired to write it. The Israelites were among the first mass literate societies and much of the Bible was written by Judges, Prophets, Priests, and Kings and those educated in other nations royal courts.

How so? When's the last time you lost friends or family when you came out as religious? When's the last time you were beaten up for being religious? Were you bullied in junior HS and HS for being religious? How many times have you contemplated suicide because of being religious? How many jobs have you not gotten because you are religious? Has there been a law in your lifetime preventing you from legally marrying the person of your choice?

 

Would Jesus have voted for Donald Trump to be in a position of authority KNOWING that Trump was a sinner
and had not asked for forgiveness. Why do you spend hours each day praising Trump knowing this?

 

And, the best and most Christian part, they can rationalize it through radicalized righteousness.

 

Let's be real here - there have been literally over 100,000 gay weddings by this point and what .. about three of those have resulted in law suits over
refused services. Hell, there have been hundreds of lawsuits with heterosexual couples seeking damages for refusal of service in
wedding situations.

So using those three lawsuits to wail about gay weddings in general is pathetic and bombastic hyperbole at best.

All of the Ten Commandments were, are, and always be Gods law. All are still binding upon humanity and forever will be. The New Testament summation of them by Jesus of love the Lord your God with all your heart applies to the first four commandments and to love thy neighbor as thyself to the last six. Christians obey the law because we love God and want to please Him. Keeping the law is not something we as sinners can do on our own so we can’t work our way into heaven lest we boast. We are saved by Grace through faith. Once saved we do not continue to live in sin. The people who are saved in the last days are those who are saved by Grace and keep the commandments of Jesus out of love for him, not because we can earn salvation. No one who at the close of probation and the time of tribulation who is refusing to obey any one of the Ten clinging to the sin behind non observance or before them dies clinging to a sin not living by the best light they were shown will not be included in heaven .

 

I was not in any of the meetings where Teump might have admitted to events and repented of them or where he prayed in private so we don’t know either way which fit where it is written that man looks upon the outward appearances while God looks upon the heart.
