It has nothing to do with whether or not I approve of it.

The law is the law. The federal government has authority that state governments do not in this situation. It has nothing to do with what anyone likes or supports.

 

If the law is the law then why is the left not enforcing border security? Last I checked, those deal with LAWS as well

It's not illegal for the Federal Government to have a coherent border policy that controls the influx of migrants and limits it to legal immigration.

 

They are handling it, look it up. Organization with compassion, even without much notice.

These new legal immigrants have done it the legal way in accordance with our laws. Once processed and released from the border, the governors of Texas and Arizona have people lying to them, making promises to get them on the bus or plane, then sending them north.

I realize that our border is in shambles, but that's been true for decades. Busing them to other states isn't necessarily a bad thing, but they are going about it in the most crass, mean-spirited, and deceitful ways they can think of. Sending a bus load of weary, frightened people to Kamala Harris' doorstep was nothing but spite.

And personally, I think Democrats opening up our borders to a Republican state was done out of spite and a complete political game.
