Not THAT subjective is my point.
I have no doubt she gets a conviction out of this.

The state of NY was defrauded if he gave low ball “estimates” on property for tax purposes.

Nothing wrong with fleecing people of their money for a fraudster.
It keeps them from giving away their money to other causes. A fool and his/her money....

Maybe the term "big boys" is actually referring to physical size, like trump is a big boy.

If he dodged taxes, the state (and potentially the feds) are the defrauded party.

I suggest you skim through the 8 page summary of this lawsuit. It will demonstrate the state case. I posted it back on an earlier page, but don't feel like finding it again.

This civil suit could force a large financial penalty and preventing the T**** Fraud family from doing business in NY for a substantial time. 2 nice W's...

Plus, the criminal referrals to the feds were submitted yesterday, with information they likely didn't have during any previous investigations.

If you want T**** to be face SOME account, just enjoy.... let the pro's handle the deets...

It's a civil case so there are NO criminal charges.
She's forwarding it all to the DOJ to investigate what could be fraud.

Or, they ignored Trumps estimates and made their own evaluations. Recognizing that the submission of info from the Trump company was a sales pitch to get a loan.

Trump's CFO Alan Weisselberg is sitting in prison.
He got a sweetheart deal compared to Michael Cohen.

In context of all the attempts to see Trump in jail since 2016, it makes perfect sense. A continuation of the same in the face of the reality of your unrequited love.

If she attempted to bring criminal charges against Trump he would have a very strong case of malicious prosecution and would deserve to be in jail more than him. It's unfortunate those statutes are rarely enforced.

I love that people think Trump personally does all of his own taxes or that he doesn't automatically get audited every year. If they find he owes more taxes than he paid they'd send him a bill for the delta.

Do you believe that if you go to H&R Block and they mess up on your taxes, you can go to jail? This is your logic? He pays people to insulate himself from any of his tax accounting like every rich person in America.

There was a two year CRIMINAL TAX EVASION INVESTIGATION and it found nothing.
There have been no lawsuits file by any banks or any lenders claiming they were defrauded or suffered any civil tort.
The government tells YOU how much your property is worth and how much tax you owe not the otherway around.

And as far as you comments about Barr's statement. The 5th is there to protect you against overzealous prosecutors who don't care about what charges they get you on just as long as they get something anything including bogus perjury and obstruction of justice charges as Dems so like to use to bankrupt and ruin people.

This prosecutor ran for office pledging, swearing, guarantying that she would have the Trump family in jail even though she had no evidence of crimes committed. No lawyer worth the paper their degree was printed on would advise a client to sit down with such a prosecutor to give testimony about themselves.

That 4th and 5th amend thingy.

Trump has been audited forever, nothing new has been found.

More obvious and very ineffective late election cycle slander only expands Trump's base of support and influence.

Reuters and the MSM should start telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth -- before it is too late for them.

If you give H&R Block provably false information, I'm pretty sure you can...

And do you STILL believe this is about going to jail? Bunch of Malarkey...

Would seem he doesn't, since this clearly isn't that.

Unlike the provably politically-driven audits against Comey and McCabe...

If I'm behind Barr, I'll be lucky to get a chicken tender and a roll...
