    Hi, dairyair.

Neat handle, that! The cow pix makes it unmistakable.

One can't help but admire Mr. Donald Trump and children [three eldest, at least,] for their chutzpah. And the world certainly doesn't lack for schlimazel's.

Regards, and enjoy watching the passing parade.

Did you know that a president when leaving office is permitted to take home with him any documents he damn pleases , including top secret classified ones?
Don't forget James also mentioned Trump's CFO Alan Weisselberg who is now sitting in prison .:roflol:

Trump doesn't do that. Trump has businesses and accountants using software to monitor and track all the data from his businesses. They roll that up and submit it to the IRS. You think Trump is sitting down going through the hundreds of thousands of tax documents with his accountants? Of course not. That's why he has accountants. They give him the paperwork when they're done. He signs it. The IRS audits it. If they determine he didn't pay enough taxes they tell them what they think it should have been and why. Then his accounting and legal teams get involved, and they hash it out. Trump isn't involved in any of that. No CEO/owner of any large business does their own taxes. It's too complex, time-consuming, and risky for them to do it themselves. Additionally, even if you submit false information, it's not necessarily illegal. People submit incorrect information to the IRS all the time. The revenue code is complex. The resolution is hashing it out with them and paying what you owe if there was an error. You need to have evidence and probable cause to investigate the potential chance that Trump personally committed intentional fraud which is very difficult considering he has accountants and a legal team doing all of the work and reviewing everything.

Imagine for a second your local DA dislikes you personally, and your politics, and he runs on a platform that despite having any evidence whatsoever that you've done anything, he promises he is going to investigate and prosecute you. He gets elected, and then he starts harassing you repeatedly. That's the kind of thing that gets people convicted for malicious prosecution and disbarred. If Trump were any other person she'd already have been sanctioned.

I'm not a Barr fan, but on this, he is correct. Nothing but a political hit job by an opportunistic leftist politician with an ax to grind.

I hope you get paid for pushing the nonsense that Trump does his taxes. You have no evidence he did anything wrong. You just want to believe it.

On your part, that's a lazy rebuttal, a total red herring fail, for what I wrote above.

Keep up the good work. :handshake:

    Excellent video.

I didn't know that James/SDNY has all electronic info in real time of appraisers etc telling Trump &Co, that their property values etc. are basically insane.

This shows intent on Trumps part and the same old/same old he ignores the advice/knowledge of those professionals who don't agree with his latest corrupt schemes.

Well, we've already completely disagreed on what Barr said, so I guess that's the end of that...

I'm sure that Trump the beholder paid property taxes on a 30,000 sq ft apt and not the 11,000 sq feet that his apartment actually was.
James said that Deutsche Bank and another institution were cooperating with them when asked by a reporter if these institutions just accepted Trump's word.

Barr jumps through hoop after hoop conveniently not mentioning the 65 witness interviewed, the electronic evidence of Trump's schemes from real time and the more that 200 examples of false or misleading asset valuations.

    He surely gets it. :roflol:

Not only that, if he was OVER valuing the property, he'd be paying MORE in taxes, not less.

    These people are so dumb.

But then they believed the Russian collusion nonsense and the covid nonsense too.

He gets it because he is correct to say that as an AG she is overreaching with her authority because she is motivated by political vengeance.

    William Barr,
"It’s hard for me not to conclude it’s a political hit job," Barr said Wednesday on "America Reports." "This is a woman who campaigned for office promising she was going to go after Trump, which I think is a tremendous abuse of office to go head-hunting and targeting individuals."

Buddy, try actually reading about the suit. He's accused (and documentation is provided) that he OVER valued his property when it was favorable for him in seeking favorable loan terms and UNDER valued them when it came to taxes. He was providing mutually exclusive values, aka keeping two sets of books.

No I'm not that interested in lefitst fantasy porn.

When you seek a loan term on an asset, YOU don't decide the ****ing value, the people giving the loan determine the market value of the asset.

You just made your argument about a stupid idea even more stupid.

Yet Trump & Co. did decide or there wouldn't be over 200 examples of his false and/or misleading asset valuations.

Yet Trump and Co. can't decide unless you're suggesting he loaned the money to himself.

    Is that what you're saying.

This is just the newest flavor of "Russian collusion" nonsense that all of you engage in 24/7.

Something that 10 minutes of critical thinking can cure you of.

    Some of Trump's financial schemes.

    POLITICS
"Read the highlights of the new lawsuit against Donald Trump by New York Attorney General Letitia James"

"A bombshell lawsuit against former President Donald Trump filed Wednesday contains a head-spinning amount of detail about real estate, loans and other financial arrangements that New York Attorney General Letitia James alleges were elements of a wide-ranging fraud that spanned years.

James claims that Trump and his company, the Trump Organization fraudulently manipulated the valuations of properties owned by the company to obtain better terms on loans and insurance and to lower their tax burdens. Trump strongly denies any wrongdoing.

Here are some highlights from the civil suit, which names Trump but his three oldest children, the Trump Organization, and two company executives as defendants."
