If you are not going to use his points and then make your argument, I am certainly not going to watch a prediction from someone obscure enough that very few have ever heard of and then use him as your argument (assuming that he is making the same argument as you that we are best poised for prosperity versus any other period in history which I am not sure that he is actually even saying).

As a general rule, I don't think that is a debate tactic that you will find to be well received on a board such as this.

Yes, we are, especially over the objections of your ilk. We are going to erase Biden’s Presidency and restore and expand on America first and MAGA again!

It seems some don't know what limited gov't is.
Some think a particular party is all about limited gov't. When neither current party knows anything about limited gov't.

If you love the US Constitution, then you can't vote for Republicans in the next election. I hear that they are out to scrap the constitution altogether and have a constitutional convention to write a new constitution to replace the existing one.

I know that the right thinks that the left wants to gut the constitution and start over again. And many on the left do, but don't forget to look in the mirror and see that the right-wing political party in America wants to gut the constitution too.

At this point, you can't claim to be a constitution-loving American and vote Republican. Don't let the blinders they put on you from political propaganda hide the truth. The Republicans are coming for your beloved constitution!

It looks like the new world order is about to be birthed after all. It's just a matter of which delusion you want to live under.

I consider what you've written is at complete odds with reality.

The Founding Fathers had no intention of creating a theocracy. Likewise, I think they would be appalled by the actions of today's Republican Party.

The tax incentives were of little consequence.
    No, it didn't.

An absurd couple of sentences considering the truth about corporate taxes paid.

All peoples must eventually save themselves from their government. Tis the nature of government. Hopefully we can still do it peacefully.

Then what you are arguing is you do not want change and I will argue that change neither destroys the country nor save the country. Change merely means a different way of doing things or believing things. And different does not mean better or worse, just different.

Actually, it does. The courts, our courts, are what separates the United States from the banana republics. Our courts are the most independent and it really does not matter which president nominates for the bench, even the Supreme Court. It is what the political parties do after the Supreme Court decision that may cause grief, such as the extremely restrictive abortion bans with no exceptions in 10 states.

I disagree and it is much more than semantics. Difference/change means either better or worse.
This is a valid point, but the courts are not immutable. For the first time since FDR a president, Biden, seriously talked of packing the supreme court to align it with his agenda for instance.

I am not in favor of banning all abortions, but that is up to the people to decide, not the federal courts. The people have considerably more sway with their state governments than with the federal government let alone the SCOTUS.

Being better or worse depends on a point of view, doesn't it?

Remember, we used to have banks with a good half dozen tellers, the checkbook, the savings ledger, etc. You would go to the bank to withdraw the money and pretty much pay cash for everything. Only the very rich were the only ones that would have a credit card for limited purposes. We knew what money we had by the amount in our pockets, wallets, the purse for the ladies, etc. Now, with things changing, you now have digital banking, ATMs, Debit cards, and more credit cards for everyone. So is it better? Or worse. better because we now have more convenience. Worse because we really don't know how much money we have and most people tend to overspend what they earn. So is it better or worse?

So now, we have a culture that is changing. We can now accept LGBTQ people just as we accept people of color with different customs and different points of view, different ways of seeing things. E Publius Unum. And how do we come together, the belief in our institutions, that's how? It is not contingent on whether a person is a Democrat or Republican, conservative or liberal, just the adherence to our institutions as they change with the times as well.

My only point was that change is either for the worse or for the better, but whether worse or better is usually in the eyes of the beholder as you say. It might not be obvious until way after the fact, but by then it might be too late to correct things. If reasonable rationale tells you some proposed change will be detrimental you should fight them from the outset and not simply say, oh well, change is just change.
