I didn't think much of the idea when others called for the FBI to be dismantled. Still don't. But this does lend some credence as to why it might at least be a good idea for it to be re-worked from the ground up.

 

The FBI is a cesspool under the Biden Administration. We have whistleblowers from the FBI indicating that this Administration is intentionally undermining pedophilia and sexual abuse cases, and directing assets towards oppressing Republicans. Currently, the Democrats are trying to pass laws that will help them identify PAC Donors, so they can go after their assets. This is how the Democrats plan to use police agencies. They will allow murders to walk to pursue their fascist pursuits.

Forget that, this story in LA should scare the crap out of all of us. The government, with no proof at all accused basically more than several dozen of our fellow Americans of crimes without the burden of proof, basically just because they owned wealth in a box! And furthermore, the FBI could lie with impunity to the judge because in violation of our adversarial system, our judges now see themselves as the enforcers of the DOJ and the DOJ sees the judges in the same manner.

That cannot be the case in the US. We need judges to remember that they are neutral arbiters of these cases, otherwise the system falls apart.

And their 'belief'(in the same manner as Crossfire Hurricane) was 'we've got no proof but our gut feelings'. One wonders if we've even got investigators anymore. What, between the Boston Marathon and the Florida shooting. They can sure use their power to exert influence, but to keeping us safe? Yeah, this thing has gone too far off the rails and we need our politicians to have real reforms and not another 'training session' but real legislative limits placed on them.

 

Republican or Democrat administration doesn't matter, all of our Federal institutions are 95% Democrat, and they are wholly corrupt.

D.C. is a one-party town, and everything is run for the benefit of the Establishment Elites.

The leadership of the Republicans are in on it too... they are not loyal to the party or to America either - they are loyal to the Establishment.

2019, so yes it would be under the Trump Administration so one can say this monstrosity is a bipartisan creation. The high profile cases just show the power discrepency that shouldn't exist in our judicial system. We've lulled ourselves with the poison of a false sense of security that such overwhelming powers would be used against the bad guys or seldomly.

Nice try, but the DOJ clearly operates on its own time and its own devices. This operation seems to have for example been largely coordinated out of California, with very little oversight from the Washington Field Office. This has nothing to do with Donald Trump, this has everything to do with the crisis of law enforcement inside of the US. Disproportionate force used relative to the circumstances, using said force to show political messages such as the Roger Stone raid, etc.

There's no reason for any American to have confidence in the system when our adversarial system has effectively been ruined.

Why anyone would have any confidence in a judicial/justice system which is based on patently political appointments..........and that goes right to the top at SCOTUS. Who cares when the investigation started. That is irrelevant. Fact of the matter is that the FBI conspired to keep the contents of every single safe box in that business over $5,000. On the supposed claim that they were linked to crime. But they offered up NO EVIDENCE that they all actually were connected to crimes. This is not some conspiracy. Or "MAGAland bullcrap". And they're demanding that people prove that their items are not connected to some crime. With no charges, no courts. And they're demanding very private personal info to "prove" that they're innocent.
