Putin NEVER agreed to it. So if someone takes your car and you find it days later and drive off with it. Is that stealing it?

it doesn't matter if Putin agreed to it. RUSSIA agreed to it. WTF way to prove my point that you can't trust Russia for jack **** as one leader may decide past agreements are not valid because of feels.

You mean if your father sells his car, then you find it and drive off with it is it stealing? Yes.
    Putins predecessors agreed.

ToughTalk....the Mafiosi has a long history of short term "agreements"....anything that's signed or agreed upon is never long term....once it stops being in their interest regardless of Agreements its worthless like TP to them.

It's like a case of ....you sign a bank loan for 3 yrs for a purchase of a vehicle....after about 1.5 yrs that vehicle starts having tech issues or you total it off....you try to tell your bank FU I'm not making any more payments because it's crap....the bank will say ..tough $hit...you still pay until 3 yrs are up.

I know you don't read much, but this also came with the pretty picture, along with many other words.

"Soviet Ukraine is the result of the Bolsheviks’ policy and can be rightfully called ‘Vladimir Lenin’s Ukraine’,” said Vladimir Putin in an hour-long speech on Monday. In that speech, the Russian president announced that he would recognize the independence of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, two pro-Russian rebel regions in the east of Ukraine. On Thursday, he invaded."

    https://www.globaleconomicreport.com/ukraine-what-is-the-budapest-memorandum-and-why-it-matters/

"FOR THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION." Russia's leader commited RUSSIA to this agreement Putin is now reneging on because of feels. Why the **** should any future agreement with Russia even matter at this point? Who cares what committments Russia agrees to when some future can just go..."ehhh naw. F that." **** country with a **** leader. They deserve all the freedom missles.

    1_ Budapest_Memorandum_on_Security_Assurances_Ukraine_Dec5_1994.jpg
I don't speak or read Russian. That could be anything, a sales receipt for a house, car etc...Not convinced.

BTW TT, the article is about the Budapest Memorandum. What is that?

"On January 11, 1994, Ukraine agreed to give up its vast nuclear arsenal in exchange for security guarantees. Later that year, Ukraine signed the Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances with Russia, the United States and the United Kingdom. At the time, Ukraine held 176 intercontinental missiles armed with some 1,240 nuclear warheads and 592 nuclear warheads aboard bombers. Following the agreement, Ukraine dismantled and destroyed the arsenal."

You really need to read what you post/cite.

You're using letters that have nothing to do with what you're banging on about. FALSE CLAIMS USE OF MATERIAL FROM ONE THING TO SUBSTANTIATE ANOTHER. That sounds like what the Democrats do.

You forgot the first page TT.

So what are we talking about? Land or missiles. I began with land and you ended it with missiles, WTF?

Why would Putin have to agree with anything? Russia doesn't belong to him

"You really need to read what you post/cite." - famous last words? lol.

Well this was an easy W, thank you.

Famous last words by "untilnexttime" I'm going to predict you don't respond to this fat L.

    AS PER MY LINK.
    upload_2022-9-26_17-14-39.png

Did ya see it? Here let me bold the important part.

"and that all countries part of the memorandum will respect the borders and sovereignty of Ukraine."

    upload_2022-9-26_17-16-32.png

It's on PAGE 3 of the damn memoradum...it's like right there...lol.

Did you miss it? Here let me retype and bold the important parts

"1. The RUSSIAN FEDERATION, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the United States of America reaffirm their commitment to Ukraine, in accodance with the principles of the CSCE Final Act, to respect the independence and sovereignty and the EXISTING BORDERS of Ukraine."

Notice it says "Russian Federation" and not Boris Yeltsin specifically? You probably should have actually read what I ****ing posted before you formed an opinion.

East W though, thanks for that.

    You may go now.

Ukraine is more Russian than any other. Only western Ukraine has been heavily flipped on its head due to the Nazification. Both from the ending of WWII and the CIA.

And these regions are Russian that are having the referendums, hence the language and culture, you do miss that a lot. Don't forget the fact that NATO and Ukraine both reneged on the Minsk agreement, don't you want to discuss that? You're dismissed.

And why do we allow our governments to speak on our behalf, whether it be for our best or worst intentions? Then you'll have your answer.

What makes you think that the Russians "allowed" Putin to do anything?
