It is an unregulated industry, anyone who pursues such endeavors takes that risk. Crypto had been taking a very serious hit for months now.

Right now a crime has been committed, yet you concentrate on mocking your political others and then wonder why no one gives you credence in these matters.

 

They think that they "owned" the libs, because the FTX guy has donated to the Dems. Therefore, they think that liberals automatically support him, like they would do if he had donated to conservatives (which he has done, too). They don't understand that liberals want this kind of big (and, in this case, unearned) money out of politics, no matter if it is donated to Dems or the GOP.

However, we can thank a GOP-nominated Supreme Court for Citizens United, who ruled that money is speech, and therefore opened the floodgates for unlimited money in politics. This is not a bipartisan thing, this has been created by conservatives on purpose, because they thought that they would never lose elections again, with big money favoring supposed GOP "business friendly" policies. Now, they cry when the shoe is on the other foot.

 

Have no fear. The Biden administration and the deep state including the FBI is working diligently to prove how this is without any doubt Trump's fault.

In fact, anyone who questions this will be labeled a righteous bullshit denier.

No one is asserting that. The assertion is that the FTX was laundering money from the Ukrainian aid relief provided by Biden so it could be reinvested into the Democratic party midterm candidates. Something like 50 million identified so far. Did you want to explain to us why that was a) legal, and b) appropriate?
