The coming indictment of Donald Trump will break his power: former Obama lawyer

Can’t say if one is coming or not, wouldn’t be shocking considering the corrupt nature of the US under dem rule lately. The only thing that can be certain is that the lefts corrupt use of the doj as a political tool is quite disturbing.

 

No need to argue, it’s simply the reality. Regardless there was no evidence of Trump doing anything wrong there. But I know that doesn’t stop the irrational from attacking and attempting to charge him for it.

 

Why would Biden pardon him?

I personally don't think he will ever be found guilty. That's tough to do for a former president and has never been done.

 

Because he would know that there is no way a jury could ever be seated, and it would take years for it to play out and there would never be any resolution.

We should be able to hold two truths in our minds simultaneously. We are living in an era of global democratic recession. The United States has not been immune to that trend. The evidence is clear that the quality of American democracy has been declining precipitously over the last 15 or so years. We have to understand that we are living in a moment of real danger for democracy, regardless of what happens in any given election. This is a 15-year trend. The challenge is not ending in the next three months or next year. The great political orders of history have all at some point come to an end, and the way it can happen here is if we convince ourselves that it can't.

 

You're absolutely advocating violence. You're advocating violence against law abiding citizens.

I hope it happens. A peaceful protest on the Mall, Capital Police show up and start busting heads, then shooting starts and unarmed, innocent protesters are murdered by government cops. That'll prove the point we've been making for decades.

I don't think that will be the case. If an indictment does come on DJT, all DJT and his supporters will do is claim bias, it is not fair, create conspiracy theory after conspiracy theory, and so forth. He will still run for office. The question now becomes whether or not the RNC will continue to pay for his legal bills as he runs and faces criminal charges. The next question will be whether or not the GOP will now try to defund the FBI and DOJ in an effort to protect Trump as MTG and the freedom caucus has promised.

If an indictment does come, it will be for improper handling of those classified documents and that is it.

 

No political prisioners. They violated the law and now they are paying the consequences of their actions.

 

It is not an investigation, he is "overseeing" the various criminal investigations now that DJT has declared he is running for President. This is more for optics than anything else.
