I don't see anyone who is actually a US citizen hearing these so called dog whistles which appear to be nothing more than specious arguments

I like government, but only when it serves a worthy purpose. I just don't see it for the ATF and DEA - and to the extent that organized crime is an issue, seems like a job for FBI and CIA... but it's more of an initial impression than a thoroughly researched position.

As usual you have nothing but the usual idiotic talking points put out by left wing deviants and assorted Party hacks you prefer to parrot, no real intelligence needed, like your Hero Biden.

When your political peers are morally bankrupt and have nothing but racism and hatred of traditional values there are no other kinds of arguments they can make. Their base ll hate each other to boot, so when the racism and fails they're left with babbling about stuff that doesn't exist. Even their 'white supremacist' boogey men are largely financed by the FBI and marketed by bogus 'authorities' like Morris Dees.

It derives from their own narcissistic delusions of possessing some moral authority to override anything that isn't fashionable with their peer group of puerile doper bourgeois Burb Brats and armchair 'radicals' who think reading a Hunter Thompson book once clued them in or something.

~ Even better — abolish the FBI first.
~ The entire FBI is an organized crime cell — always has been. CIA is even worse ...

Where does the Constitution even give Congress the power to even have created it in the first place?

There is of course the commerce clause (regulating commerce between states), but the other more controversial part that gives them jurisdiction over posession is supposedly the power to tax (even though everyone knows that's just being used as a BS excuse-pretext-justification).

To explain it in a nutshell, basically the original meaning of the Constitution has been so stretched and twisted that it can now be used to justify all sorts of categories of laws. And not just laws, but regulations, where a government agency is the one writing the rules.

Why abolish the law enforcement agency focused on stopping illegal activities involving guns, explosives, arson, alcohol, and tobacco? So much for all that talk about enforcing exisiting laws and punishing the bad guys. Gun advocates are showing their true colors.

F-troop stormtroopers aren't real cops. They're tax agents with machine guns and a license to kill.

Have yourself checked for ergot exposure.

F-troop makes up their own laws. This isn't new.

The Constitution does mandate the government to provide national defense and domestic law enforcement. The new Republican "defund LE" movement is nothing but red meat for the populist / anarchist base.

There's no need for federal law enforcement agencies outside the FBI.

the ATF is attempting to entrap and create felons out of hundreds of thousands of law abiding Americans. Thousands of people bought these pistols based on the ATF's prior rulings. I have read the law a dozen times. There is nothing that allows the ATF to waive the 200 dollar fee so when people "register" these now Deemed SBRs the ATF will then demand the 200 dollar fee. The ATF needs to be disbanded. real felonies can be handled by the FBI or DEA

The ATF acted unlawfully by making laws. It's existence is contrary to the Constitution and therefore should be abolished.

Then enforce existing laws and stop trying to make laws on their own.

Simple answer, because for two administrations in a row they have made rules that caused people to destroy private property, violating their 2nd and 5th amendment rights. They also have bypassed the very necessity of a republic by not even allowing their elected officials weigh in on making new law that directly effects the citizens. They are acting unconstitutional and unconstitutional things need to be stopped.

Did you know they changed another rule. It used to be that if your friend owned a suppressed firearm, a SBR or a full auto, you could shoot it under their supervision. Not anymore. Ranges that rent full auto weapons out may well be banned from doing that
