    Criminalizing speech.....again.

Not a week goes by without Florida pushing more and more authoritarian BS as they are 100% focuses on gays, blacks trans-people and teen age girls periods. This is the 2nd time they create laws regarding periods.

Are you incapable of understanding body autonomy, and that the parents, therapy and a doctor are involved?
Kids get kids pregnant too, and that gives them a worse future prospect then self neutering.

Kids do smoke and vape. But if for some reason a doctor or therapist recommended it should they be taken from their parents?

People keep forgetting that important factor. A doctor and therapist are involved.

And yet no one gets freaked out when politicians make laws that says that kids can't smoke or vape and that they have to get vaccinated. In fact, it's celebrated by the left so much that they will take away the rights of adults just so that kids don't have an opportunity to do something to their bodies that might be unhealthy.

I'm against prohibition. I feel it can be regulated better when it isn't banned. If DeSantis wasn't taking kids, but instead wrote policy that insentivised people to wait till a certain age, that would be a different story.

They can't talk about it in school even if they are studying menstrual cycles in health class? Are you sure about this? As far as I know, students should be discussing SCHOOL WORK. They can talk about whatever the hell they want when they are off the clock just as adults do.

So you're open to public schools discussing religion?

It's narrative.... Funny how people are more offended about religion, but sit here and advocate abusing children!

So no, you aren't capable of understanding that there are many decisions that kids are not capable of making.

    Thanks for playing.

I only advocate liberty, and body autonomy with the belief that banning makes things impossible to regulate.
Abusing children is another false narritive that rallies people who feel the state should dictate morality. No one supports abusing children. If you have proof of someone that does, more then likely they have already been dealt with.

You must be replying to a different person. I just said kids shouldn't be making kids. How you came to that conclusion suggests you have a comprehension issue.

The same body autonomy that was not allowed during the pandemic?! Adults advocating for children to mutilate their body because of feelings is down right child abuse. And the only false narrative being perpetrated here is that children can make these types of life altering decisions on their own.

    a) DeSantis isn't involved in this topic.
    b) How would you write a policy to incentivise defining a policy?

This is a proposal from a Senator that attempts to prevent the school curriculum from teaching sex in school until 6th grade. It was worded poorly and will be amended to remove this stupid what-if that someone thought up.

What part of that is hard to understand?

Sorry. Never heard a soul talk about periods in school besides briefly in Sex-Ed class. And I can’t recall any teacher talking about the proper way for people to pleasure each other either:) Certainly didn’t learn about Trans youth. Imagine that.

Yes. I'll explain it to you. It's fake news. You really shouldn't fall for this crap.

Performative outrage, in waves. Here's another:

Equality Florida warns that Florida is “unsafe.”

'This is how the Left works. Everything is a campaign, and while I haven’t looked into the funding sources for these groups I would be willing to be quite a lot that if you followed the money it would all lead to the same group of Leftist Democrat donors who have decided that destroying Ron DeSantis is job #1.'

'They are terrified of him, and they have reason to be. Because, despite what the “Florida Immigrant Coalition” claims, people of color in Florida like Governor DeSantis just fine. It turns out that being an excellent governor pays political dividends.'

'The coordinated campaign goes far beyond these “grasstops” groups that exist to do the bidding of the Left. Expect news stories to be generated by these fake warnings, and think pieces to follow about how DeSantis is scaring gays and Hispanics by sending brownshirts after them. This is just the Leftist propaganda network doing its job.'

    'It’s all lies.'

And look, you play a part. Do you do this wittingly or unwittingly?
