Another issue on which the Conservatives are going against what the vast majority of the population wants.

All that remains is a political will that will succeed in countering the systematic blocking of the Republicans on this issue.

 

good think that polls of dubious validity don't determine how the USSC rules. Most of the people polled cannot tell you what an assault weapon is-other than the MSM constantly lies about those firearms.

Anyone else notive how "assault rifles" has morphed into "assault weapons"? The goal being to ban assault weapons (an absurd term) and the have as many guns as possible classified as assault weapons.

One thing is obvious to me. Liberals do not care about public safety and crime. They have another agenda.

Can one of my liberal friends define an assault weapon? Help me out.

In our republic, our rights are protected by the supreme law of the land: The Constitution.

The Constitution can only be amended with a vote by 2/3 of the House, 2/3 of the Senate and 3/4 of the states.

Your "that time is over" claim does not reflect the growing legal ability to carry a concealed handgun in the US. In twenty two States a handgun can be carried without a permit. Must other State require a permit to be issued subject to a background investigation. Even in the most liberal places in the US, take NYC, people like Howard Sterns or Donald Trump get concealed carry permits. Diane Fienstein has a gun permit in CA which issues permits to those who are connected but not the little people .

So your "time is over" is not indicated by facts.

well none though I have a semi auto version. due the democrats the cost went from about 4K to 20K for one of those things and They'd be one of the last full autos I would buy. most of the ones criminals had in the depression era were stolen from NG or police armories since few were ever offered for sale on the retail market
