If you are correct, and the majority of Americans support Roe v Wade, you have no problem. The voters in each state will vote to do that.

IF it's murder ( and it isn't) then WHY do Anti-Choicers think it's OK to "murder" a fetus if it's the product of rape????

 

Because in the case of rape one of the two parties involved in assembling the kid did not consent to the activity that may result in assembling a kid.

It's still homicide, no doubt about that. But in the case of a woman being raped without consent the kid was literally forced upon her. You know how each individual owns their own body? Same deal, so the kid loses at the mother's discretion.

 

You guys don't think pregnant women own their body's.

You really should learn to stop the strawman arguments.

 

Except no one goes by that when making the arguments about abortion. They are speaking of the philosophical term. Hence why they argue that a ZEF is not a "person". Even though the legal definition does indeed fit.

 

"people" is the plural of "person". Which as you pointed out earlier has the legal definition of "a human being", which if you look further in the link you gave it means "a human". A Fetus is most definitely a human by any scientific standard.

 

Argumentum ad populum fallacy. A Right to Life is not dependent on such.
