Are we all clear now that Trump is a criminal?

Trump believed he had every right to possess them. That will be challenged/defended in court and may eventually find its way up to the SC.

 

"But he's a braindead idiot who is functionally illiterate" is not a defense, unless you are going for a really creative insanity defense. He was repeatedly advised, even by his own staff, that he had no right to possess them. And willful disregard for the truth is intent.

Biden and his team of sycophants purposely went out their way to broadcast over and over again that they were fully cooperating. Why did they do that? While they were on a missive to convince us that Biden was cooperating and innocent, the goal was to suggest that Trump wasn't.
This is all just another setup to get Trump.

You may have missed that Trump was not convicted of a crime. This was a civil suit and the burden of proof is very low.

The VP could declassify and classification was not only problem here, with even declassified documents still being illegal for Trump to willingly and knowingly retrain in his possession.
