Indeed, and then they claim the "system" is out to get Trump, attempting to make him the poor victim. ( when in reality HE is the author of all the issues he has created and spread around. ) HE is responsible for all he says and does. Hopefully the law will prevail as it should. A concerning point is that he has NO RESPECT for the law. ( to the point, it does not apply to him - considers himself the exception. That is NOT the example a leader should set. There have to be standards , or society can easily deteriorate.
One thing is certain, Trump will be in the news for the next long while as we learn of these multiple legal proceedings. And being election time.. the coming year will be a busy one .And quite unusual.

So, I guess the bank robbers who conspired to knock off the bank should be set free if, halfway through the robbery, they decide to leave...?

I couldn't find any Judge's rulings on Trump's lawsuits to halt Congress's elector vote count.

'Mark Meadows Files Emergency Motion in Federal Court to Avoid Being Arrested'
'Trump’s former Chief of Staff and current co-defendant in Fulton County desperately wants to avoid arrest.'

'Donald Trump’s former chief of staff and co-defendant in the Fulton County, Georgia criminal RICO case has been told he has to surrender by August 25 or he will be arrested.

Indeed, all defendants in the criminal case have been given the same deadline to surrender and many have already voluntarily been booked and have entered into consent bond orders with the Fulton County District Attorney and Superior Court Judge.

Mark Meadows, however, believes his arguments for having the criminal case transferred from state court to federal court and then having the case dismissed immediately by a federal judge are so strong that Meadows wants the federal judge to intervene immediately and block his arrest before August 25.

Fulton County Grand Jury indicted him and 18 others, including Donald Trump, on August 14.

Meadows filed a motion to dismiss the indictment in the same federal court, citing the Constitution’s Supremacy Clause and the First and Fourteenth Amendment as grounds for dismissal, requesting the federal court to dismiss the action before the federal court even decided if it has jurisdiction over the case.

Then, on Tuesday afternoon, August 22, Meadows filed an emergency motion requesting the federal court immediately intervene before the August 25 surrender date (and before the August 28 evidentiary hearing) to order that Meadows should not be arrested or order that any arrest of Meadows take place after the federal court first rules on its jurisdiction and the motion to dismiss.

'Meadows states in his ‘emergency motion’ that he requested that Fulton County District Attorney delay arresting him until after the federal court ruled on his removal motion and motion to dismiss, but that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis rejected the request and stated that if Meadows did not surrender before the August 25 deadline, she would have him arrested. Meadows says that he believed the deal he proposed to Fulton County DA Fani Willis was reasonable and now because of her rejection of the offer he is seeking emergency relief.'

Here is the letter Fulton County DA Fani Willis sent to lawyers for Mark Meadows:

Trump will beg and plead with Fani to make a plea deal.
His lawyers worst nightmare is Trump on the witness stand, no less on the witness stand being televised.

This is blatant "lawfare", they're trying to do to Giuliani what they did to Flynn, bankrupt him into submission via his legal bills

    Boo-****in-hoo Rudy .
btw: Did you bring along your "scientific evidence" proving election fraud in Georgia for Fani?

'Rudy whines, "They're destroying my right to be a lawyer."

'Speaking outside his New York City apartment as he headed to the airport for a flight to Georgia where he will be booked in an Atlanta jail on racketeering charges, former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani complained about how he is being treated by state and federal investigators.

Giuliani, who has been giving legal advice to former president Donald Trump, is expected to be fingerprinted and have his mug shot taken. He was caught by CNN as he exited his home Wednesday and went on a rant about his legal problems, stating, "They're destroying my right to be a lawyer."

Regarding making his flight, he began, "If I'm not on time, who knows what they will do to me?" before continuing, "Well, I'm going to Georgia and I'm feeling very, very good about it because I feel like I am defending the rights of all Americans as I did so many times as a United States attorney."

Rudys the only person who would use Rudy Giuliani as their counsel.
So what are these several crimes that Trump been proven innocent of ?
What is this Trump is being refused his "right to counsel", like Rudy can't legally advise him?
Americas never had a president as corrupt as Trump so when he goes down his enabling corrupt lawyers go down too, Rudy should know that by now.
The old Rudy would indict the new Rudy, so no, you're far from being the same guy.

'People like to say I'm different," he continued. "I am the same Rudy Giuliani that took down the Mafia, that made New York City the safest city in America; reduced crime more than any mayor in any city anywhere and I am fighting for justice. I have been from the first moment I represented Donald Trump and this man who has now been proven innocent several times – I don't know how many times he has to be proven innocent – and they have been proven to be liars, actually, enemies of our republic."

Becoming more animated, he continued: "We are destroying rights, sacred rights. They are destroying my right to counsel, my right to be a lawyer, his right to counsel. It's not accidental they indicted all the lawyers – never heard of that before in America – all the lawyers indicted."'

    Trump's arraignment too!

Trump’s Georgia arraignment expected to be televised, Fulton County judge says'

'The state judge overseeing former President Trump’s Georgia case ruled that cameras will be allowed in the courtroom for the defendants’ arraignments, marking the first time that one of Trump’s criminal proceedings will be televised.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee on Tuesday granted a request from four local television stations to bring in live cameras and other recording devices in his courtroom through Sept. 8.

Fani Willis (D) is seeking to hold the arraignments for all the defendants the week following Labor Day, which would fall within that window. If the timeline is delayed, however, McAfee’s order would expire.

McAfee’s order does not indicate whether cameras will be allowed during a trial or any other future proceedings in the case.'

He's down there lying outside of the jail as I type.... This guy wouldn't know the truth if he tucked Truth's shirt into his pants...

To his credit, he seems to have given up the worst of the hair dye, I expect trying to look older for sentencing purposes...

Nope. That’s the job of the state. The President has no role.

He wasn't acting as the President. Pretty much every day after Nov 3....

(Which is one of the reasons any claims of immunity for anything will be shot down in a court again someday)

    lol..
    Did he really go there?

Sheriff said he'd be releasing mug shots daily @ 4pm.

"Also Wednesday, Willis’ team urged a judge to reject requests from two of the people indicted — former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows and former Justice Department official Jeffrey Clark — to avoid having to be booked in jail while they fight to move the case to federal court'.

Judge has 2 days to rule on Meadows and Clark moving their cases to federal court.
One would think the ruling would come before the 25th deadline, unless he extends the court appearance until next week due to their motion..(denied..lol)

Conspiring to rob a bank is conspiring to commit an illegal act. Conspiring to win an election is not illegal; therefore, it's not a conspiracy that falls under RICO, and Fani never was legally authorized any of the lawful provisions that RICO authorizes.

I've seen no evidence that these people believed they were participating in anything but a heated, but lawful, political campaign to win an election.

It's called conspiring to overturn a legitimate election by American voters.

I believe the conspiracy to use US intelligence assets, officers of the law, the NG, the MSM. and big tech, to frame a political opponent and his entire movement as traitors is an orders of magnitude bigger crime. It could well be a false flag the country doesn't recover from.
