The exodus from East Prussia was mainly over when Russian troops came there. There were civilians in Königsberg, who stayed there, a part of the former population of Königsberg. These people survived the war, but they probably did not survive the following years.

Most people left East Prussia in winter 1945.

 

The word "exodus" is a completly wrong word in this context. Your attitude "What a fun was World War 2" are embarrassing even for russians.
