What ever happend to a fair trial? They think they can just go and kill whoever they please? If they can kill Osama and Ghadafi without a trial, then they could kill you or I. I don't care how bad their crimes are, they deserve a trial, to prove to the world what they did was wrong. When a government goes around killing whoever they dont like is when they become tyranical. Sadam Hussein got a fair trial, why not Osama or Ghadafi?

The holocaust is a myth, no jews were deliberatly killed, just put in internment camps like the japanese were in US. Many jews did die however at the end of the war due to Brittain bombing supply trains. The Nazis couldn't supply the jews with medicine and food.

Osama bin Ladin was killed under military law. Furthermore, he isn't a citizen, and doesn't need to be granted a fair trial under our laws.

However, the United States didn't kill Gaddafi. It was NATO that accurately targeted Gaddafi when he was trying to evade the rebels. However, it would be the crossfire of his forces and the rebel forces that would kill him. If he was on Libyan soil (which he certainly was), it is up to the Libyan National Transitional Council to take appropriate action, not the United States. We didn't have the authority to capture him and try him.
