Probably, if there wouldn't have been any fraud, United Russia would have lost overall majority of seats in Duma and should have needed another party to rule and form a coalition government.

"USA Is Inciting Protests In Russia" isn't a "Putin's lie". It is a medical fact. All these " independent organisations detecting frauds" are financed by "Freedom House" and so on, which are governed and funded by CIA. Not a secret. At all.

Western (European) media isn't doing itself any favors by going so wild about these elections. It's none of our business, and as you see even in this sub-forum, there are more than enough Russians who are pissed off about the circumstances, too. Honking the 'Russia is such a dictatorship'-horn doesn't help anything.

Just for you to know. LDPR always vote as current powerholder vote. I expect a Just Russia doing the same mostly. Even if UR get 40%, they still will face no troubles in getting their laws through. Moreover, we a Presidential Republic. President appoints prime-minister, not parties.
