    I think it would be nice to see posts complimenting the man who has aspired to the prestigious office of united states president. Whether you disagree with him politically, I do not think it would hurt to find something nice to say about the man.

    I do understand that there are many ignorant malcontents who will find this exercise beyond their intellectual capacities. There are such unfortunates, I know full well this thread will be subject to petty and sarcastic comments of low quality and poor humor. I thank those of you who do not fall prey to such ignoble standards.


    I will start. President Obama is a very neat and clean person. He also looks very handsome in a suit.

    He still appears to be in good spirits after his time in office thus far. His enthusiasm and charisma seem to be running strong.

    While there is much more to say, I will let others chime in now.

    I also like that he hasnt spent as much time vacationing as the last president, this demonstrates devotion to the cause of the presidency.

    He was also really good on that myth busters episode he went on.

    He does seem to have the composure, presence and gravitas needed to represent the American people with sufficient dignity. And his wife is pretty cool.

    But not the main course. His attacking of a hamburger leaves much to be desired.

    However, he does have a good sense of humour.

    He promissed us better relations with Iran on television during his campaign. and although I did not believe him, I must admit, it was a nice promisse. I also admire his tone of voice: nice and calm under these tough economic conditions. he seems like a decent down to earth person that I could go fishing with or just talk to. And I like the fact that he has a dog, because I can relate to that, since I have a dog also.

    No, creating a thread to say "nice things" about the most incompetent slithering misfit to inhabit the White House is intellectual masturbation....I will leave it to White House staff to do so.

    He is a most well cultivated man of integrity. Its great that issues of ego and sick pride to not encumber his ability to act as president. A most excellent standard.

    Perhaps you could create a thread about saying mean things about this man. Then again, you could visit the majority of the threads on these fora and get in with ignorant minions submiting equally ignorant ramblings. Mostly biased and mostly with no understanding of opposing arguments. Why? Because fullfilling the need to belong is more important, simple, and comfortable than knowing too much. People avoid anxiety at all costs for the most part, which is why one sided information works so well.
