I see that this doesn't take care of the problem of faith in the power of the state to cure most ills. Atheists are as susceptible to it as any Christian.
If man invented religion, then he also invented the racism, sexism, intolerance, greed, hate and violence that the poster feels are the result of religion. Man will manifest these traits with or without religion.

See, perhaps you don't know, but atheists don't REALLY believe there is going to be a magical Apocalypse from Mr. God with Dark Angels on Horses, so this CARTOON is poking some fun at the people who do SERIOUSLY believe in their imminent "Apocalypse", like some of the people who are ACTUALLY running for president! Therefore, this CARTOON is NOT "propaganda". It simply pokes fun just like the joke posts here poke fun at Obama or the Occupy Movement! It certainly belongs in Humor and Satire" far more than gossip column catty tripe about what the First Lady is wearing! (In fact, I thought the "A Lighthearted Look at the FLOTUS" thread was GOING to make fun of the FLOTUS by PARODYING gossip columns and thought "How clever"! This thread / OP is DEAD , it should never have been allowed here on the Humor forum . it is sexually deviant material that would find a pediphile in jail in an hour , so why it was allowed here on a PF humor/satire thread ? I do not see how you can equate reason and equality with "reign of terror". It makes very little sense,
post-revolutary France's quest for equality made lopping off every other person's head seemed very reasonable to them, or they wouldn't have done it. the problem with your comic is that the four horseman are all subjective on improvement of the human condition.

Of course, then there are the Southern Apocalypse nightmare hallucinations caused by withdrawal from Bud Light beer! BTW, This is unique, because the Southern Apocalypse and the Southern HEAVEN are exactly the SAME hallucination, except WITH Bud Light in hand!
