    No with one parent being a foreign national his citizenship status was not so clear and his refusal to produce the original birth certificate certainly fuel suspicions.

    Well considering a majority of his childhood wasn't even spent in the USA, I think its a valid question. I actually think he is eligible, but I also think it is rather silly how the sole question of a person's eligibility is if they are just born in an American hospital. Thats what the courts are for. Get it over with, and lets clear this matter up completely.
