It sounds pretty awesome, being able to choose what you do and when you want or whatever. Agh, that would be a pain. I hate flights, so I wouldn't be able to survive doing what you used to do. Well, as long as it pays the bills and keeps you happy, it's all cool. My dad also works for himself, and has been for about 8 years. I'm hoping to follow in his footsteps.

Hm, okay. I agree with homosexuals being able to do as they want, as long as it doesn't encroach upon our freedoms :p I personally think homosexual and heterosexual people should have the same rights, as long as they don't do anything that affects me. They live their life without interfering with others, I live my live without interfering with others. Mhm, yeah. That's the main issue. I've read a few things about it, and people just seem to hate gay marriage and are completely against it. I personally don't see what's wrong with it :/ Regarding the headlines in Maine; it's harsh. Downright harsh, in my opinion. Now, Marriage in general. It sounds rather... stupid, but I don't think there should be marriage. It causes lots of trouble. But, as somebody said earlier on a thread I was reading, love is blind.
It makes complete sense. Like I said, I'm with the Labour party, as they're the ones that I agree with the most. I heard a rumour about David Cameron, and I'm not sure if I believe it because of certain reasons. I've just noticed something; you're really easy to have a proper conversation with. That's something that I love about certain people. Now, onto another matter which is on my mind. What is your opinion of marriage? I want to see if anybody agrees with me, and I want to hear your opinion because on the thread I was posting on, they were talking about gay marriage, and I didn't really want to make a thread in case there was already one on that topic.
Sorry, I didn't know what to type then. I had a certain reason in my head but I'm not sure if it's true.
I would recommend starting with the subjects you know the most about (e.g. I don't post a lot about European politics because I don't follow them very close unless they happen to intersect with the U.S., but I know a bit about finance, so I post on a lot of financial issues, etc.) Then other topics that you find interesting but don't know a lot about, just subscribe to the threads and as things come up you're not sure you understand Wiki them or ask a friend who knows more about them. Just remember - not everything stated on this site as fact is. Always ask someone for their source and check the source out to see if it's credible. Rule of thumb, the only blog you can trust is mine (just kidding!) Hm, okay. I'll have to search my mind for something that I know about then, hehe. One thing I want to have a proper discussion about is the BNP. I hate racism and want to go deeper, find out WHO and WHY etc. I may go and do some research about them, and find out more facts about them. Question; Can I trust WikiPedia? People can edit a page as they wish, make up a load of stuff which can be kinda believable and fool everyone. Saw you stopped by the blog. Thanks for checking in my friend. No problem ;)
RE: Puppy pic. Thanks. Her name's Stormy. We recently lost our black lab Tess (she ran away and we haven't been able to find her). I was so heartbroken because Tess used to sit with me on the back porch and help me post to the PF, so I talked the wifey into getting another one. We got her at a local animal shelter... Aw, I'm so sorry. I really hope Stormy is really nice, as I know what it's like to lose a pet that you love dearly. Ah, no worries. Stick around we'll get to know ya anyway. You're in good company at Smarties! Let me know when you decide to venture out into the political side. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on some of the issues. Yeah, 'course, will do. The reason I joined this forum is because I wanted to become an active member of a forum, and spend most of my time there, and I wanted to get into politics more. Do you have any suggestions for where to start with politics? I find various subject quite interesting, but I want to actually start writing more about it.
