    Nobody's been charged for mishandling info they didn't know (or couldn't be proven they knew) was classified. The trump admin knows that, or they'd have charged her by now.

    I think she knew it was wrong and did it to bypass FOIA requests. But clearly she did it with knowledge of the law and its applications. I don't think she should be charged...
