Hilariously tragic. I mean it really sucks the guy had a heart attack, but I guess they live up to their name. Hopefully he'll be alright, though I know once you have one you're set up for another.

As for government involvement I say there should be none. Yes this sucks but it's not the job of the government to ensure people eat healthy.

We've heard a lot about crap like forcing companies to put nutritional values on food, bans on trans-fat, soda taxes, etc. This is the kind of incident that could start something. I agree, and that's the problem I have with liberals. They want the best, they come from a good place, but they're extremely short sighted, end up removing liberty for no reason, and end up with unintended consequences (that whole debt card deal is a great example).
