One of the two certified copies was circulated among the journalists in attendance, and all were given higher resolution black and white photocopies. At least one journalist photographed the certified copy and reported that she personally examined it and felt the raised seal. The AP scanned their separate photocopy and placed it on line.

Note: The AP scan is of a higher resolution than the PDF the Whitehouse posted on their web page. This proves that both come from an original other document.

How else would you suggest the Whitehouse put a paper document on the web?
