I do hope you realize that "Serbia" and "Serbians" were only a PORTION of Yugoslavia.

And it was the founder of Yugoslavia himself who said IIRC that

"a united Yugoslavia required a weak Serbia".

The Serbians were not a majority in 1992 in either Bosnia or Kosovo and had not been a majority in Kosovo in years and years.
