Zimmerman's dad gives account to Fox

On Fox News, his father states during the fight Zimmerman's gun was displayed. At that time, Martin stated you are going to die now.

That said, we have heard 43 seconds of the audio before the shooting. At no time during the screams for help do you hear anyone state any such thing with the battle just outside this person's townhome.

Hannity is a butthole, no objective question in his interview at all.

I challenge any Zimmerman supporters to go outside to their car and play the linked You Tube 911 call linked below on their stereo at I high volume and come back to their computer still supporting the Zimmerman's and their story. It's chilling and I feel horrible for the caller.

In all seriousness though, most of your posts have been reasonable and you've admitted that we need to wait and see - but it's clear where your bias lay (with Martin).

Mine is the opposite way (with Zimmerman). I believe his version. But we still need to wait and see.

 

We just have to see what is going to happen at trial. I'm not going to watch a video of Zimmerman's dad and start foaming at the mouth. I would think it was weird if Martin's or Zimmerman's parents threw their son under the bus.

Bias is bias. I call it like I see it...

The weapon was fired by George Zimmerman in self defense.

Trayvon Martin clearly initiated the confrontation. We have an irrefutable eyewitness account!

The black kid became angry, lost his temper and reacted irrationally.

And now for his stupidity he is no longer with us.

How do you know that, where you at the scene.

Wow, please explain how he did that when Zimmerman has admitted to following and chasing him.

Why did he lose his temper and what did he react to?

 

Does anybody have a pic of Zimmemrnas dad ? The only one I can find is on the vid where he's ghosted-out since he's hiding like his son ...

Some have speculated Zimmerman’s father may have used that position to get a 2005 charge against his son thrown out (although, while the charge of assaulting a law enforcement officer was dropped, there is no proof Zimmerman’s father played any role in making that happen).

On Wednesday, we decided to answer your questions about what was truth and what was fiction.

We obtained a copy of George Zimmerman’s application to join the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office Citizens Law Enforcement Academy.

In it, Zimmerman writes that his “father is a retired Magistrate Judge for the supreme court (sic) of Virginia.”

George Zimmerman’s father is Robert Zimmerman. Robert Zimmerman gave a statement to the ‘Orlando Sentinel’ defending his son’s role in the shooting death of teenager Trayvon Martin.

We then contacted the Virginia Supreme Court to confirm Robert Zimmerman’s employment.

Kristi Wright with the Department of Legislative and Public Relations wrote us this email in response:

“Robert J. Zimmerman served as a full-time magistrate from 2000-2006. Please be advised that in Virginia magistrates are judicial officers, but they are not considered "judges" and do not possess trial jurisdiction. More detailed information on the role of the magistrate in Virginia is available on Virginia's Judicial System Website .”

Irrelevant, the eyewitness who said he said "stop" says it was Zimmerman being beaten, it was him yelling for help, and the first story is usually the fresh one:

That video was edited by Anderson Cooper of CNN to take out the portion that clearly would have placed the witness the day after.

Also, Jane Velez-Mitchell on HLN, TODAY, played the video from Fox 35 Orlando, where I linked to a youtube version above, from the news day after the shooting, and once again the video like it was edited on Anderson Cooper 360 was portrayed as being recent. Who ("John"), What (witness that Zimmerman was the one screaming for help and Martin was the one on top beating him up), When (Fox 35 Orlando day after the shooting), Where (at his door), How (a reporter who probably knows that everyone one of these national journalists is either conspiring for political reasons or is incompent).

Hannity just a few minutes ago was speculating that Zimmerman changed his clothes.

Now Hannity just couple of minutes ago mentioned the one witness who says he saw that Martin was on top of Zimmerman. That is supported by the eyewitness in the first news after the shooting.

Why are you and too many of the national media not displaying that local news video? Once it is known it must be given equal play with the two idiot women who did not say they saw who was yelling for help. Only one guy so far says that, and that was on the News the next day.

Bias? Hate? Looking for your Night Riders and a Twitting Spike mob to stalk and take out the witnesses with fear?

His father says his son followed to get a street name (in a four street neighborhood)
He then turns to walk back to his car and Trayvon proceed to ask him "Do you have a problem? (A reasonable question if you are being followed)
Martin starts to reach for his phone (or gun which a person would assume if a stranger reached for his pockets) at that point Martin punches him in the face.
After a minute (which is recorded with 911) Zimmerman's gun is displayed (still in his possesion) he claims Trayvon screams "You are going to die tonight" (not recorded in the call where the fight is outside a ladies window).
At that point soon after, he decides to kill Trayvon.

This as dumb of an interview ever by his own dad. This dude is guilty, that is the worst alibi ever.

So people stop being upset, the Hispanic male killed a black teen for asking if he has a problem and attempting to get away from him.

Just a side note, since the elder Zimmerman is not a witness. This is actually a statement by his son and should be consider his auto-interview.

Also, since Zimmerman still had a gun, why would Trayvon tell him he is going to die. He didn't even have a weapon.

Trayvon Martin (a minor) was legally walking home from a store until he noticed he was being followed by an SUV driven by Zimmerman (an adult) .... which, when I was Trayvon's age, was told by my dad (and the police) to run as fast as I can and scream as loud as I can then call the police when I reached safety....all while opening my mace spray can.

So, would you please explain to me how Martin CLEARLY initiated the confrontation?

It will be easy enough to determine if Trayvon was on the cell with his girlfriend....

Sound projects off of solid objects and that witness stated they were upstairs.

If Zimmerman was attempting to detain Martin from running by grabbing the front of his shirt, it would appear Martin was on top as he was trying to pull away. Zimmerman would be bouncing up and down each time Martin pushed or pulled away. Zimmerman would raise slightly off the ground but a he had heft and would be able to pull Martin back down. Kinda like trying to rope a bull or high school wrestling.

Zimmerman is guilty.

 

Just watching on the news about the cel phone record of Martin's phone.

Martin was on the phone with the girlfriend per the cel phone company.

The police arrived to find Martin dead FIVE minutes later!
