The reality on the other hand is that this thread is about how jesus was against Homosexuality. My point is, first demonstrate jesus was indeed the son of god, then prove there is a god. Then we can discuss the thread.

You can't see it if you aren’t looking or have your eyes closed. But yes, it would be better to stick to the topic. The proof of who Jesus is is right there in the Bible itself. His coming was foretold in the Old Testament and what would happen to Him. If you disagree with what is written in it it would behoove you to prove it wrong.

 

I could say the very same thing about the irrational dislike of gays by religious groups.

How does getting you to accept Jesus as God matter here?


He is "God" to the people who preach his gospel that condemns Sexual Promiscuity (whether Straight or Gay) because that behavior hurts other people in society who not even a sex partner to these acts between two other consenting people.

Exactly how much thought have you given the mechanics of gay sex? I suggest taking up a hobby or something to distract you. Greco-Roman wrestling, perhaps?

 

What? Are you afraid of that word? Because that is what we are talking about here when people are advocating that there is nothing wrong with two men having sex with each other. That is what is being taught in some of the schools to children and teenagers.

Paul was definately against homosexuals but this does not mean Jesus was.

Paul had many beliefs that were strange to the Church and that are in conflict with the teachings of Jesus.

Paul had never met Jesus. Peter and James who were diciples did not think much of Pauls teachings.

Jesus never comments so we do not know what his thoughts on the issue were.

Actually that gift isn't as rare as you'd think. Seems like most Christians definitely have the interpretation spot on-correct.
