Let's Face Facts: Jews more succesful than Muslims...are muslims jealous?

There are 14 million Jews in the world. There are 1.6 billion muslims in the world.

185 Jews have won nobel prizes since 1900

There have been 10 muslim nobel prize winners since....

What's my point? Am I saying Jews are better than Muslims? No. That isn't relevant and too subjective.

All I'm saying is that Jews, despite being such a minute population, have given more to the modern world than Muslims.


Now, how do you think muslims react to such success?

 

I'm not a fan of the awards they give themselves like grammy, nor the Obama peace prize types, nor the communists who have hundreds of stickers on their jackets

 

Then you are clearly unfamiliar with the medical, mathematical, architectural and other achievements of Islamic cultures that produced much of the knowledge and beauty we have today.

In contrast, the Jews have produced Israel. One of the more obscene concoctions of post-war geopolitical gerrymandering.

With Jews I've noticed the less they do and say publicly and openly the better off they are. They have a natural gift for turning people against them.

Probably never came to mind until you tried to create a controversy over it. Sounds like you are the one with an inferioity complex.

The last centruy has seen some great Jewish minds. Good for them.

Muslims too have had a history of great contributions to science. And even in the modern workd, their contribution can not be ignored. Nobel prize alone is not reflective of that.

I'd say historically it depends. Kind of a lame answer I know, but whatever.

In germany...jealousy.

In france...jealousy although they try to hide their hatred.

In America...NOT JEALOUSY. More like respect and esteem for a people who can be so successful in a free society, or any society for that matter.

 

I think Jews tend to live in free societies that encourage ideas. Obviously....that is crucial for them. Plus they tend to be a culture that prioritizes learning and hard-work. I don't see it as a dna thing...but a culture that nurtures success. I am willing to bet with the past persecution they have suffered....appreciating and taking advantage of opportunities is within the Jewish culture.

 

No no no it's not about the society they live in. Israel is the perfect example. The land has almost literally nothing to be desired...yet they have a gdp per capita of $30k+. And yes, this does make the Islamic countries surrounding them Jealous

I think this whole war on Islam is more a result of the Muslim religion's strict laws against the practice of usury than anything else....I wonder why Jews are so protective about the sacred practice of usury? Any thoughts on that?

You said they prosper because they tend to live in free societies. That's misleading. They prosper in spite of where they live, too. Attributing it to the society they live in is misleading...it discounts their own culture which they do not shed as they go from society to society. Maybe we have a misunderstanding here? It sounds like you're attributing their success because "they mostly live in free societies" rather than acknowledging genetically and culturally are the main reasons Jews prosper

 

Never mind the awards, just look at the thumb size nation of Israel a nation with no natural oil reserve compare to their Muslim neighbours that have tons of oil, tons of people, tons of land in spite of that huge disparity the thumb size nation of Israel is more productive and progressive than all those Muslim nations combine don't forget Indonesia, Malaysia they are Muslim countries too.

 

I think the emotion most people around the world feel with regard to Jews is often contempt.

I think the fact that they are living in free societies...meaning basic freedoms of speech, religion, ideas....is a strong indicator of any success of a culture. How many great enfluential innovators came from North Korea eh? Or Islamic nations? Which are always totaltarian to some degree or another.

But yes...culture is another very strong factor! Its key.

I agree. Jews tend to concentrate on making sure their kids succeed compared to the current Muslim lands that want to keep their people in the 13th century. That does not mean there are not many Muslims that do not want their kids to succeed and many do sending them to colleges across the world, but it is part of their religion that does not seem to accept the progress of the modern world. Not genetic but cultural.
