Yeah that Marshall plan pumping hundreds of millions of dollars to rebuild didn't have anything to do with it.

 

It ain't about the money honey.......you could send a kid to private school based on the per pupil expenditure by the City of Atlanta School System.....yet that school system is an abject failure year after year.....to the point they have to cheat on standardized tests to keep that federal and state money flowing...sany it with me "DNA....DNA....Its all about he DNA". We could spend "Marshall Plan Dollars" on Rwanda....and Rwanda would still be Rwanda

 

Umm so the money spent rebuilding Germany had NOTHING to do with Germanys quick rebound after WWII? My fail-o-meter has exploded trying to measure that thought.

Now if you wanna SINCERELY discuss the plight of the Atlanta school system, by all means, but don't try and deflect your fail about the Marshall plan having a huge part in Germanys quick recovery with some nonsense about per pupil spending in Atlanta.

 

I pointed out the Atlanta School System fiasco as yet another example of DNA trumping expenditure. Yeah, maybe the Germans would have taken a generation and a half to start building the best cars in the world again......meanwhile down in Rwanda there has never been an automobile manufacturing plant at any time....in any generation......there is no German Rwanda and there is no Rwandan Germany......DNA, not money, matters

 

Every child in the City of Atlanta has the opportunity to graduate high school.....and the city will spend as much on them per pupil that most private schools charge........yet, the drop-out rate is astronomical.....the test scores are abysmal....nobody is holding these kids back....in fact, they are trying their best to pull them through the system. Free lunches, free breakfasts, after school programs, free school supplies.....and yet they, as a whole, are abject failures....tell me why? I know, I know, I know....pick me......DNA & IQ....can't change that.

 

Just cause you spend private school tuition levels of money per pupil on a school system does not mean that public schools students are the same as said private school students. Involved and educated parents, stocked fridge, well supplied students, it goes on and on, all those points are almost a given when talking about private school tuition since it comes from the pockets of hyper involved parents.

Just blaming DNA is a racist thought of the 19th century variety, why don't you try updating your rhetoric before you bring up phrenology.

 

Well if it is indeed the DNA why do the measures between female students of any race more closely match?

 

Exactly......public school students (in black areas) are not the same.......their DNA and IQ, on average is very different....that's my point. As far as stocked frigs go....they don't need that because 99% of the students are getting free brefas and lunch paid for by my tax dollars. And "hyper involved parents" don't get to take the SAT for their kids.....just sayin'.....DNA.

 

Indeed and it's proven that children need no food over holidays, summer, and dinner time.

Affirmative Action helps white women more than any other group. Why are you railing against white women in a thread set up largely so people with racist views can rant about black people, I am confused?

 

Of course i mean on the average. That's obvious. Lots of smart blacks and dumb whites. But on average whites are smarter and that translates into a HUGE gap at the high end and the low end. That's why nearly all top scientists are white while so many blacks cannot even learn to read.

 

Same with the japanese. And yet blacks have never produced a technologically advanced country in the hundreds of years they've tried. The idiots think it's because africa has the wrong political system but that's not it. They're stupid.

 

When using typical student performance measures why do female students regardless of race preform negligibly similar when accounting for socioeconomic standing? I suppose genetics has a sexist bias too?

 

Discounting the those Egyptian empire of course because some are under the misguided impression that the peoples that built the pyramids look like the remnants of the Ottoman empire that happen to reside there now.

 

Yes, I acknowledge that some black folks....the ones with large contributions of caucasian DNA are more intelligent than some whites in the lower rungs of white DNA. And , yes, based upon this fact I would eliminate any sort of affirmative action programs. Instead of pretending that 85 IQ blacks can be NASA scientists if we just spend $10,000 more per year on them I would spend that $10,0000 on a promising white or asian student who might send us to Mars or find a cure for HIV....just sayin'......we are trying to move forward as a human race....spending our limited resources on a dog that can't jump over the fence.....no matter how many times you put steak on the other side fence is folley......
