In the Washington Times this morning, I came across a interesting read and it is most troubling. Looks like Hawaii also didn't verify when Obama was allegedly born. The date of Obama's birth is not there. It is a very clever artfully worded response from the Hawaii Dept of Health after AZ Sec of State Ken Bennett was asked to reword his request.

WASHINGTON, May 24, 2012 – The “Verification of Birth” letter sent by the Hawaii State Registrar Alvin T. Onaka Ph.D to Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett fails to respond to the fundamental question asked by Mr. Bennett in a March 30, 2012 letter to Hawaii Department of Health officials: Whether or not the image of President Obama’s “long form” Certificate of Live Birth, posted on the White House web site on April 27, 2011 is a “true and accurate representation of the original record in your files”.

I heard about that. Not to mention the federal agency that refused to cooperate in validating Obama's selective service number as requested by Sheriff Arpaio's office. How fraudulent can one person be? And who in their right mind would elect him President. It's mind boggling.

They avoided saying that it was a "true and accurate representation of the original record". Instead they said the information matched. Sounds like they wanted legal wiggle room.

Absolutely Don. Bennett didn't get confirmation that the Certificate of Live Birth attached was "the real deal", only that the information contained therein matched. Nowhere does that state that the record in question is LEGALLY VALID. What I can see that differs between Bennett’s request (below) and what he received is that this request was not fulfilled by the final response:

“Additionally, please verify that the attached copy of the Certificate of Live Birth for Mr. Obama is a true and accurate representation of the original record in your files.”

What Bennett got was just that the INFORMATION on what Obama posted on April 27, 2011 is the same as what they have. They wouldn’t say that it is a 'true and accurate representation in their original record' as Bennett requested above.

They can’t legally say that if the birth certificate is REALLY half written and half typed as former Director Of Hawaiian Health Fukino was quoted saying in a MSNBC interview to Michael Isikoff two weeks before Obama released the forgery on April 27, 2011. It looks as though state registrar Alvin Onaka was unable to verify Obama's COLB was a 'true and accurate representation' due to the fact that it was a forgery as discovered by the Maricopa County Sheriff Department. Once again, Hawaii just states Obama was born.

No matter what you believe on this Obama BC issue...there comes a point when everyone needs to realize nothing is going to happen. We've been through this so much that either he is a citizen and everything has been correctly batted down...or that he is not, but it's too important to some to allow it to be exposed. He is going to finish his term, might as well grin and bear it until Mitt takes over.

Unless he came out tomorrow and said he was not born here, and was invalid for the Office, and stepped down...he isnt going anywhere. At least till his 1 term is over.

Verify: To confirm or substantiate by oath. Black's Law Dictionary

Where did the public official state he was under penalty of perjury?

I tried to get an official to verify a simple document under oath and they acted like I was committing a huge crime. It was like whacking a hornet's nest. I left before they brought in the goon squad.

In the last analysis, though, it doesn't matter if he has a birth certificate or not. The entire Congress and Senate have accepted him as president. Even if he was born in Kenya, their acceptance is like a Constitutional amendment.

And, what's so important about his birth place anyway?

What counts is the kind of man he is, not where he was born.
