Under Romney, that 99 weeks will become 24 weeks (the traditional 6 months of unemployment) and people will fall of the unemployment list by the MILLIONS!

I guess that is what Romney really plans, isn't it! HE's a successful private sector business man who knows how to make HIMSELF a success! And I am QUITE sure his personal fortune and that of his friends and his Church will be greatly expanded while he is president, too!

1) Romney can't even pull his campaign out of the dumps, much less pull off anything but failure if he ever became president. History shows that Obama's stimulus worked altho it was too small for the financial trouble we were in from another abject republican loser, GWBush.

2) You think Romney has the Midas touch when he lost millions of jobs thru his corporate raider position at Bain Capital. Their business was creating profit, not jobs.
And we don't know how well he did in Massachusetts, as every computer, software was scrubbed clean, hard drives taken, computers sold, and incoming Governor, Deval Patrick said it was like nobody lived there for 4 years. Romney was obsessed in covering up his own tracks and that of every aide, lt.gov. and every employee.

3) Yeppers; Romney's job was to take over corporations, downsize them, lay off millions of workers, then sell at a huge profit to himself. Obama's job is to create jobs...which has been done regardless of the republican obstruction methods trying to divert any Democratic progress in Congress. Let's see, where did we hear of that slogan: "Our entire agenda is to make President Obama a one term president!"

Being entirely frugal despite his immense wealth, and having few friends, Riomney will find the easist and quickest way to add to his fortunes, to his wife's, two of his sons, and the LDS Mormon Church which as a former 'bishop' he has made immensely wealthy and in which he has tons of stock and other investments.

THis is common knowledge and will become available to you if ever Romney gets the ballz to send in his IRS returns for 2011.

 

Suppose Romney does become President but he fails to achieve his goal. Will he commit suicide or will the people be allowed to put him up against the wall?

Romney was able to reduce government spending, create jobs and grow the Massachusetts economy with a dominant Democratic state legislature. Romney was able to work across the parties to achieve this growth, something Obama has never been able to do.

Second, when you make the statement that Bain Capital's intent was to delete jobs, it is clear that you have no clue what a private equity firm does.

No he said that Obama biggest failer was not getting unemploment down to 4%. That has only happened once in the last 30 years and it was under Clinton. Romney is a tool.

If you understand Massachusetts and the difficulty in growing the economy (based on the democratic legislature and unfriendly business terms) you would understand. Right now you are just quoting numbers.

 

Romney reduced Massachusetts state spending and grew jobs as Governor.
