you know the one's I mean..I tried calling BofA this morning and it took me 15 minutes to get a real person..ever try netflix?..it's a nightmare.. I remember reading somewhere that there's a trick to avoiding the BS and getting a real person right away but I forgot.. does anyone know..?? thanks..
if it's voice recognition say things it can't understand, you will get a person then. some times pressing zero will get you to a person, keep pressing zero.
