Obama did nothing to solve anything. He put forward garbage so bad that it got not one vote in all of Congress.

 

It didn't reach the threshold because Paul Ryan, a member of this committee, voted against it. Now you are suggesting that the President accept the recommendations that the committee couldn't even agree on?

Obama put forth a budget just like every other President. Presidential "budgets" are recommendations, they don't have the force of law. The House of Representatives is responsible for formulating a budget.

I'm not shocked that the Republicans would play such an obvious political game like trying to pass the Presidential budget without modification.

 

Way to fail in such an epic way. This is a prime example why liberals see everything as dishonest. They are dishonest and assume everyone else is like them.

I recommend to any kids who's parents voted for Obama to go and visit a nursing home today. See what it's really like. Neither of my parents spent any time in a nursing home. My Mom died of Bone Cancer and couldn't be moved to a nursing home to die even though the Hospital admin tried, the wonderful doctors blocked it. My Dad needed a feeding tube which he refused and chose Hospice. I hospiced him at home myself.

So, all you libs, ask yourself, which one of your kids (if any) will be willing to sacrifice taking 6 years out of their life to take care of you at home? The answer may surprise you.

Yes, Ryan's point was that Obama promised that the plant would be open for the next 100 years but, 'Hope and Change' did not come through and the plant finally closed. BTW the plant was building trucks and SUVs....Not part of Obama's plan for US to drive cracker-boxes.
