Heterosexual Pride Parade

I think that's a GREAT idea!

It's about time that "conservative" Americans stop trying to hide sex under a rug like it's a dirty little secret.

Keep us updated.

 

Not so far, but I think someone is working on genetically engineering some grass in an effort to make it grow in rainbow colors.

 

Silly me. I forgot that we don't actually mow our yard. We pay straight people to do that for us.

Still, I'll be sad to give up the grill. I was just getting the hang of not burning everything to a crisp.

 

If any homos throw objects at you, make sure they are charged with a "hate crime!"

 

Odd- that type of thing doesn't happen at Gay Pride Parades- first of all the homophobes are so terrified that someone might see them there and guess that they are gay that they cower miles away...and secondly they know that the buff leather boys would beat them to a pulp if they started something.

Now the closest thing we have to a "Straight Pride" parade is the Bay to Breakers- and nobody throws stuff at them either.

 

Ooh, Ooh, I know. You need a float declaring that "almost 50% of heterosexual marriages aren't complete and utter failures". Oh, another one. "100% of all abortions are caused by heterosexual activity", that'd be a great float. "More mass murderers, thieves and rapists are born out of heterosexual marriages than all other kinds combined". I got a great one. "All gays have both a mother and a father, who obviously failed them". Man, it's great to be a heterosexual, right out in the open. (btw-I'm married, monogomous but also tolerant and I think conservatives and their ideology are a laughing stock).

Righteous indignation much? Oh, that's right, us middle class, white, hetero males are the most oppressed, victimized human beings in the history of the world. If only everyone knew our struggles. Of course, they'd have to know what it means to be on the handle side of the whip for so many centuries to even begin to understand.

 

If your going to play in traffic, I'd be careful; you could get run over. Be safe out there. Wear a traffic vest.

 

I love a parade. Except when it blocks traffic.

 

I obviously struck a chord with you. I have not mentioned how I feel about gay marriage or my attitude towrrds gays in general. I just planted an idea. I want to have a straight parade.
And "handle side of a whip"? When is everyone going to stop treating gays like they were slaves living on the plantations? My god people.

 

Are gays treated that way? Last I checked they had the same rights protected under the Constitution that I do.

 

Not freedom of religion.

 

The difference is that hetrosexuals are the majority. Gays are considered second class citizens so their parade has more of an impact than a bunch of heteros celebrating being in charge would.

 

Ok, I'll bite. How do you figure that?
