This is startling, don't know how much of an impact it will have but this was not expected at all.

When the cut down remnants of the Des Moines Register recommends Romney over Obama, well, then I guess that decides it! Who else do we need to make the decision for us?

I am curious as to why the Right suddenly feels the MSM is "correct" now?

Because Obama is wrong, he has always been wrong, and those of us with brains knew it. Leftist Obama voters still do not know, inspite of all the evidence that has come to light showing his true colors as a traitor. Leftist Obama voters seem to have no problem with an ambassador and three others being murdered by enemies that Obama and his ilk deny exist. It is the stupidest thing ever in American politics.

Ain't a lot of mexican voters in Iowa. Iowa is over 90% white and whites make an even higher % of who turns out to vote. Hispanics make up 5% of the population. Dunno what % of the electorate they represent, 3% maybe?

Lol, I said 5% of Iowans were hispanic. You corrected me by pointing out it was 5.2%.

In any event, the porportion of actual voters is going to be much lower as many of those hispanics are either too young to vote or are illegals and non-whites are simply less likely to vote anyway.

Not sure if this guarantees a Iowa victory for Romney, but wow, what a slap on the face to the Obama/Biden Campaign!
In the end,it's all about the "economy" just like in 1980 and 1993.
But hey, look on the bright side.Obama did get endorsed by the NYT.

Well Dave, it isn't so much that the MSM is right it is that they, by their own admission, say the country can't take any more of Obama. We just happen to agree.

So a newspaper corporation's owner wants Romney's massive tax breaks for the wealthy. Why is this a surprise?

Why is it a surprise? Because they haven't endorsed a Republican candidate in 40 years, including when George W. Bush ran on those evil tax cuts for the rich. Besides that, Barack Obama has already extended the Bush tax cuts for the rich, so what is there to worry about? He'll probably screw you people and extend them again if he has the chance.

Furthermore, how do you know the structure of The Des Moines Register, much less how the decision to endorse Obama arose? I think we both know you were just desperately shooting from the hip with no basis in reality.

    Why not just admit it?

Yep, there's a LOT of people out there pissed off that they bought his BS in 2008. The loyal holdouts are simply neanderthals would walk off the end of a pier into shark-infested waters if ordered to do so by "The One".
