And your point? You compare this rap sheet to Clintons or Kennedys....and please.

Kennedys for the poor...yet they lived so rich. Obama for the poor....he lives rich. Kerry, Warner, Pelosi...all for the poor all pointing fingers and they are beyond rich.

And who says this is a valid record. LOL I think he should seal all his records don't ya think? Just like Hussein did....I mean BArack. I think this is a forgery....certainly got together from some left wing radical site. I think he was set up. LOL

The USSC is a joke because of the Liberals. There was 3-4 Liberal USSC judges that voted against Arizona's new law that punishes business for knowingly hiring illegals. That is something most Liberals said should be done instead of trying to fence off the whole Southern border. So Arizona did it and we got sued. There shouldn't have been one Liberal vote against that law and you know it. We should have had all the judges agreeing on that.

No doubt there are racist in the Administration, like Holder that excused convicted and sentenced members of the New BP party because "they are my people", Obama claiming his Grandmother was the "typical white woman", or Van Jones for multiple reason, but if the article is correct, the suggested candidates must infer policy, not race...Coincidental, I'm sure.

My curiosity with SFJEFF's concerns with picking of Justices that Romney would have picked, over those of Obama and the California angle, with all the problems they have, to me was telling. California and the 9TH Circuit, (my opinion) have been the disgrace of this Union and the PEOPLE of that State, just rewarded their Legislature unlimited power. It's not racist on my part to suggest Obama, wishes the same for himself over those vast majority (24R to 13D)of Republican Controlled States. It's going to be an interesting two years, but then "Elections have consequences" sometimes not to the victors wishes....meaning your's.

    Well, get use to it!

This is the MAIN reason why I am so happy that President Obama was elected for four more years. . .His legacy will survive for a generation to come with the probably 2 (maybe 3) new assignment to the Supreme Court.

We are badly in need of getting rid of those extreme right Supreme Court judges who HAVE BEEN ruling based on their party and on "party line" philosophy.

This has given us such "wonderful" rulings as "Citizens united," and it will be a relieve when enough judges base their rulings of TODAY's need for justice instead of 50 years ago!

Yep. . .the SCOTUS nominations will be one of the most meaningful and long lasting ways to change this country. . .And President Obama will make those nominations!

If Romney had won, he would have added one or more fascist judges to a court already infested with 5 right wing activists. With those five in place,he term Supreme Court Justice has become an oxymoron.

So you Liberals approve of the Liberal USSC justices voting against Arizona's law of punishing employers of knowingly hiring illegals and requiring companies to use E-Verify when hiring. Is that what your telling me? Because many of you have said many times before, that's what we should be doing instead of spending billions putting a fence up on our Southern border. Now your telling me that these idiot Liberal justices are right to vote against it? Is it because you want these idiots to make decisions on Liberal views instead of using the law? It must be because, there is no other sane reason for it. I can't believe that anyone would want a judge to make decisions on anything but what the law says.

(Newser) – The Supreme Court today upheld an Arizona law that proscribes a so-called “business death penalty” for companies that knowingly hire illegal immigrants. In a 5-3 decision, the court said that states are free to take action against employers on immigration—which augurs well for supporters of Arizona’s more recent and more controversial law requiring police to check suspects’ immigration status, the LA Times reports.

The law in today's ruling had been opposed by the US Chamber of Commerce, civil liberties groups, and even the Obama administration, even though it was signed in 2007 by Janet Napolitano, who is now Obama's homeland security secretary. The court’s conservative wing—John Roberts, Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Anthony Kennedy—voted in favor of the law, while Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, and Sonia Sotomayor dissented; Elena Kagan skipped the case.
