You have a point there about scant facts. But the facts that were reported was Dunn opened fire on a car of teens and killed one over loud music and took off. If that's how it happened, why would he not be guilty? The kid he killed was sitting in the car and not a threat to him.........

People are nuts. Look at the Aurora, Colorado movie theater massacre, there have been shootings in McDonald's, etc, etc, etc.....

That is what investigations and trials are for, to find out as best as possible exactly what happened. Initial news reports are often misleading.

A tragedy occurred. Let the investigators and court do it's job.

The typical situation is that the black teen shoots and kills the white businessman.

This situation is so common that it barely makes the news.

The race of the perp and victim are not even reported.

 

So. . .the ******** probably shot IN the vehicle, to no one specific in particular, just everyone as a group. It seems that, if anything, he was (and the other kids were) lucky to not have been hit. . .

This would be even more irresponsible. . .and even guns fanatics should see something WRONG with this picture! Isn't a gunman suppose to be in control of his gun at ALL TIME?

Obviously this guy wasn't. . .since 7 of his shots were fired to no one in particular, but 2 managed to find a teenage victim!

Back to your signature statement; do you think that two (or more) people without warning signs met each other as described in your post? Does the utilization of manners (putting others before self) direct a more socially acceptable conclusion? One human being asked another or a group of human beings to turn the volume down. I have no doubt that the request was met with respectful compliance. If I was asked, not wanting to be rude or selfish, I would have turned the volume down...which begs the question so why was the pistol drawn and discharged nine times? Something is terribly amiss here. Maybe the elder man just started randomly shooting?
