It's a shame quoting the Constitution leads you to be tagged a potential terrorist.

Nope. I have no problem with people walking around in their underwear. Why should I?

    A disturbance?

    That's correct.

Just as the patriots did in 1776 when they protested King George.

If we don't have the ability to disturb the emperor when he goes too far we no longer have a republic of free people.

Me too; for some reason, I always find it more difficult to "complain" when hot chics are involved.

You can voice your discontent without stripping in public, and, creating a disturbance at a security checkpoint in an airport...

As ok as many are with children being fondled by TSA workers, or woman with breast cancer showing their prosthetics. Why are you so offended by a young mans chest?

Fondling children isn't? Public display of the handicapped isn't. Yet a young man removing his shirt bothers you? Please explain the difference for better understanding

Didn't look like he planned to create a disturbance, but send a message to TSA.

He took his shirt off to show 4th amendment, is that enough to hold him for an hour and half, or at all?

I am sure to some it is until it happens to their children, or family members. Maybe those folks should experience the groping of the TSA workers before they make such statements.I too commend a young man for making a statement publicly, he didn't even have to smash store windows to get the attention. Just very quietly removed his shirt.

I sure as heck have experienced injustice. It seems this gentleman was expecting to be searched, which puts the fly in the ointment. I have flown at least 350 times in my career, never had to worry about the searches, and I sure as heck wouldn't walk up to the security check point expecting to be searched.

Maybe he was being prepared just in case? I am sure the parents of TSA groped children wasn't expecting a search either! It is illegal constitutionally. The young man was willing to make a statement without harming anyone, nor creating a loud public disturbance. Kudos to him!

"It seems"? He opted out of the naked scanner so of course he knew that he was going to be searched. That was kind of the point of his protest.

Amazing so many are comfortable with naked scanners! I vowed I will not be flying anywhere until this farce of a force is held to account. Me and TRuck can just go trucking!

The writing on his chest was done on a whim with no thoughts of being searched. The search method is irrelevant, the fact he went to the airport security expecting to be searched is wierd.

What don't you understand about a protest? He felt that the rights that are protected by the 4th Amendment were being violated by the TSA which is why he did what he did. His point was made. That you think it is 'weird' is irrelevant.

You opt out of the naked scanner and you get searched. I thought everyone knew that.

Fine, if that was his intention, but yes, I do think writing on ones own chest expecting to be searched at airport security is a little wierd. He got his money.

That being said, it is much ado about nothing.

Only those protestors being paid by unions are allowed to be PC, didn't you get the memo on that? LOL
