Go down to the table 1.4. "Supplemental Nutrition Assistance" was supposed to top out at $69 B in 2011 AND 2012, and then drop to $66B in 2013. That's CBO numbers right there.

In actuality, 2011 was almost $72 B, not $ 69 B, and 2012 was actually over $74 B.
