You've dodged every hard rebuttal I've made since last evening, then claim there's 'no game'.

Yes, precious, I know. They're boring and have no arguments. This is so sad and tiresome. Where did Todd go? Or Polly? I miss Polly.

Gun ownership, drug legalization, an end to war and drone strikes, a smaller and less murderous federal government...really, he's spoken on a variety of different issues. If you'd like, why don't you point out which ones you find the most offensive?

I miss Polly too. We were besties :(

'Civil disobedience' is and excuse for idiots and attention seekers to do absolutely nothing and feel a sense of self-importance.

There's exceptions, but the majority of people who engage in that behavior are idiots. Adam's not one of them, his insanity speaks for itself.

What hard rebuttals? I don't come around often, so I must have missed it.

I've been making posts in this asinine thread since last night, plenty of hard rebuttals to every half-assed "argument" that's been made in defense of this twit.

But hey dude I was browsing the other site last night - you were the guy saying that "Lincoln was an evil, genocidal, racist tyrant"

By the same standard, then the founders were "evil, genocidal, racist tyrants, who owned slaves, oppressed women, etc" - "If it is evil today it was evil 250 years ago". So therefore the Constitution must be evil, because evil men don't generally produce good ideas. We should just burn the constitution, burn down the Jefferson memorial, since he was an "evil racist tyrant who raped an underage slave" - right??

So you're not one to talk about 'bad arguments'. The fact that Zoasimom thumbed-upped you in that thread and didn't bother to call you out on it shows just how bad her arguments are too.

It was a stupid and futile gesture that will be soon forgotten while he wastes years in a prison cell. That's not a good thing.

I may not think much of Elvis but I would never wish that fate on him.

I think nudity shouldn't be illegal in public - I think it's a violation of my 'Constituional rights'.

So I'm going to strip buck naked and whip it out in front of everyone at the supermarket - civil disobiedence baby! I'm a revolutionary just like Ghandi and MLK! Yeehaw!!!

I do love it when the demented and unstable declare other people demented and unstable for thinking differently than they do.

    The irony is intellectually delicious.

Not for thinking 'differently' for thinking crazy. Just because people find your views crazy and un-American doesn't mean they only dislike you for 'being different'.

Howso? I see no hard rebuttal. You keep repeating yourself over and over with incorrect information like the SCOTUS is the only way to change a law (it's not, see "Congress"), or Adam the Jew is a Nazi (he's not)...why bother? It's total nonsense.

    Sorry bout it.

Are you in the room? Space Cricket and I spend a lot of time throwing shoes at each other, and here we are both calling that jackanapes Kokesh a moron.

    Think about it.

    Can't say I'd advise that.

I'm sure the property owner might have a beef with that, and have legitimate claim on criminal trespassing.

But by all means go for it.

It doesn't matter. If he has any brain cells left at all, he'd know that threatening "violent revolution" unless America succeeds isn't going to accomplish anything. If he was serious about any of his 'mission' other than just the media attention, he'd come up with a plan to accomplish which is well-drawn out, concrete and feasible. Pallin' around with Code Pink and Communist parties, protesting the "evil globalist conspiracy" to stop people from dancing, and calling it "civil disobedience" in the vein of MLK isn't a "well drawn out, concrete, feasable plan". It's a publicity stunt.

So the guy is either A. insane B. a moron or C. a phony who has the intellectual capacity to know he's not 'accomplishing anything' but is really only interested in the media attention and a 'folk hero status'. He's not a role model or anyone to be admired.

Actually, no, not at all. See, if you're going to attempt to strike down my opinions, you should get all of them first to make sure you're not missing anything.

Do I believe Lincoln was evil? Yes.

Do I believe the founders were saints? No. Some of them, like John Adams, I thought were very evil. Some, like Jefferson, made evil choices but on the whole were not evil.

I believe everyone has a good side and a bad side. Which side they allow prevalence shows what type of person they are. Lincoln, Adams, and a few of the founders allowed their evil sides prevalence. Jefferson and Washington, who both made an occasional evil decision, instead allowed their good sides prevalence.

But, being as everybody has a good side and a bad side, no, not everything that comes from those people is evil.

I do think, though, that the constitution is an inherently flawed document. It gave far too much power to the central, federal government, and not enough to the states and the people.

Actually, Kokesh is what they call a "legal." They don't much care that he is Jewish, as long as he helps them recruit useful idiots to fight in the RaHoWa.

Than you should demand the heads of state to get their heads on plates for you - they committed treason against this country and its people long ago.

Another conservative advocating someone rot away in jail for observing their constitutional right to bear arms.

ZM, Gemini, when did we fall down the rabbit hole into Wonderland?

    Oh lying now are we?

I never said he was a "Nazi". He's a Communist. He was a member of an openly communist political organization/party.

I pointed out that saying he's "not a Communist" would be like joining the American Nazi Party, and saying that he's "not really a Nazi".

If it walks like a duck...

It's not treason. Or, at least, it didn't used to be.

Besides, what loyalty do you owe to a government that would rather subjugate and kill you than listen to you?

He doesn't have a constitutional right to bear arms in volation of local ordinances.

He has a constitutional right to own a gun, and his rights were not violated. If he doesn't like the laws, he can work to get politicans elected who can change them.

Again, where did he call for violent revolution? I've lost count of how many times across two threads I've asked this, and nobody yet has explained that one.

He made a credible threat of terrorism against the United States - if he made good on his word, it would be an act of "war" (treason).

If he's not a terrorist, then he's an idiot. Either way I'm not going to kiss his ass and pretend he has no responsibility in his actions.

Besides, what loyalty do you owe to a government that would rather subjugate and kill you than listen to you?[/QUOTE]
If you choose to live in America, you owe respect to your country - if you refuse to respect it then you should make good on your beliefs and find another country to move to. Anything else is just being spoiled.
