It's a war now, huh? Well, of course, they want to force socialism on the American people by any means necessary. This is what drives the progressives in the Democrat party like McDermott. They are going to make America into their vision of Utopia on Earth or die trying. They are like the Terminator from the Sci-Fi movies- relentless, utterly ruthless, and impossible to reason with. You can tell them that the UK system is failing and you might as well be speaking an alien language. They can't even hear you.
Remember this is Jim McDimwit we're talking about here. Not the sharpest knife in the drawer. There isn't a wage earner or business anywhere that he doesn't want to raise taxes on to support his statist loony left idea of utopia.
It's ironic that a Democrat would mention the Civil War without apologizing for the Democrat Party's shameful behavior in starting it.
