AIPAC has nothing to do with British politics. And yes that's generally true that nothing is free but in this instance the investors or bond holders get an asset and the government gets more money for the treasury.
Hmm how important is the USA to Britain? When it comes to foreign affairs we cooperate from time to time but that's about it. Other than that they aren't all that important.
No mention by the OP that Islime makes up a smaller proportion of the British population that that of many of Britain's European neighbours, including Sweden. 3% of people in England and Wales are Muslim, compared to 5% of people in Sweden.
It's still going to be lower though as the Swedish population numbers only 12M while we have 63M. But that's assuming that the census is accurate. Despite the title of that news report it won't mean more Muslims coming to the UK.
It doesn't matter. 5% of Sweden is Islamic, whereas only about 3% of Britain is. Germany is 5.2% Islamic, and Belgium is a whopping 6% Islamic. Belgium is twice as Islamic as Britain is. And the Muslim populations of many of our European neighbours is growing faster than Britain's Muslim population. The Republic of Ireland, for example, has the fastest-growing Islamic population in the Western world.
Well not really because it's not really about the number of Muslims which was what I was referring to but rather how many that can be absorbed by the respective nation but this is the case with all immigrants. All I said was no matter how higher the percentage the number won't necessarily become greater than if you compare countries. Most people coming from those countries that I've spoken to, have talked about the Muslim population more than anything else. I'm surprised about the ROI though considering how bad the economy is

The same reason anybody moves; for a better life or lack of better options. Yes you are correct regarding the population numbers. Apparently it's 9.1 by the 2013 estimate.
Another good reason for the U.S. to rein-in or even abolish the EPA so we can produce our own oil and stop giving $$$$ to ME interests. This (OP) would shortly become a non issue.
I'd be happy with that culture but most Swedish women I've come across are brunette and not that easy. And despite that happy little image there I've found quite a few Swedes to be discontent.
